Gorgeous hotel with very comfortable bed and kind staff

We had a lovely stay. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The hotel is just gorgeous to walk into. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also great! Highly recommend staying here.

Balcony floors were dirty could have been cleaned. And already paying such an amount you would EXPECT the hotel to have free parking but had to pay for parking, that's a first for me.

hotel Marko was clean, easy walking distance to town, bars and Piran. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent and set evening meal good value for money. Parking was easily accessible.

Nice, old type of hotel with the perfect location. The room was very spacious and clean. And the breakfast was amazing with so many options to choose from!

A few bits and bobs from the room could be replaced, such as the old bins, better working shower and similar.

the distance to the sea

the staff - not particularly nice at the reception. also, the lady at breakfast (blond, with a pony tail, 04.01.2023), was arrogant when I asked if I could get (pay) regular coffee - as the breakfast only includes coffee from an automated machine. She said this is normal coffee and it is sweet because milk comes powdered. This is not exactly an answer you would expect from a professional.
