Perfect location, great wellness facilities, and very friendly staff — an excellent choice for this trip.

Great location with free guest parking and easy access by car. City center was also reachable on foot without any issues. The room was clean and comfortable, with a sea view, a balcony, and a bathtub placed opposite the balcony, which was a nice touch. The pool and saunas were an excellent option after evening walks in January. Staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly.

Beyond expectations.

Very friendly, helpful staff and a wonderful terrace view. Free parking available—a big plus in Portorož, where spaces are scarce. The pool is clean and warm, and the saunas are well maintained. There’s direct access below the hotel to the Parenzana hiking/cycling trails. It exceeded my expectations, and we’ll gladly return.

Great views, room for improvement

The room had a beautiful view. It was big and comfortable, with a big tub in the middle. The bed was good. There is a small indoor pool and sauna. Hotel provides a bathrobe and towels for use in the pool or beach.

The bathroom amenities were never replaced, as well as teabags. There was no coffee in the room, the coffee machine in the lobby is for pay, and doesn´t count with appropriate to-go cups. The air conditioning stopped working the third day of my stay, and the staff didn´t fix it until my check out. The location, although with beautiful views, is not easily accessible on foot from the downtown, and going there in the car is not an affordable or green option.

Beautiful villa, with amazing view. The beach is in a walking distance. The staff was very friendly, kind, helpful, they were all smiles. The breakfast was really good too. The rooftop bar with the sunset, just takes your breath away :-) the pool area is also very good.

Everything was more than expected! Quality stay, friendly and helpful hosts. Beautiful view of the ocean. Quality beds and bedding. Very clean, safe place to store our bicycles as well as an indoor swimming pool. Free parking. Quality breakfast. We will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect as it was described. Wellnes was good enough, rooftop bar had amazing view and the view again even from the room and from the terrace it was just simply lovely, highly recommended with own parking place.

Just a suggestion to have available food for dinner for the rooftop bar to be more perfect. :)

Excellent service, very good value for money

The only downside is non-existent sound insulation. A telling example: I woke up to key being turned in another room’s lock! Also, a steep hill towards the town, but that was no problem for me at all.

Amazing stay, very kind staff and lovely town!

Literally everything! We arrived and they came outside to greet us and let us know what to do with our car. We then got upgraded to another room which was amazing! Breakfast was lovely, and the sauna was just perfect at the end of our Slovenia trip. Thank you so much for your good care and very kind upgrade. If we come back to Portoroz we will definitely be staying here again.

Great and calm holidays with a beautiful view

The villa offers a great view on Portoroz from the top of the mountain. We enjoyed a loot the pool area, where you can enjoy the view while sunbathing. Very friendly people! Great rooms and a private parking! Thank you.

Beautiful hotel, lovely view!

Beautiful hotel, up on a hill overlooking the coast. The panorama terrace was well maintained, with loungers and umbrellas... inside pool was clean and warm, with nice little spa facilities. Room was spacious and comfortable, with a small kitchenette suitable for making a quick snack. Free parking provided.

The 'terrace' allocated to our room was just a corner of the public terrace, which also doubled as a walkway to town. The walk to town is down a VERY steep slope, we managed with a pushchair, but you would need to be reasonably fit to do so. Overall, it didn't hinder our stay, and we would recommend the hotel.

Excellent little place, staff is super kind, lovely area, very close to the city, incredible view, good breakfast options, comfortable bed, very clean, free sauna and pool, free parking. I would definetely recommend this and will come again in the future for sure!

Some of the furniture is a bit outdated, breakfast could have scrambled eggs / omelettes.
