I would recommend spending more for the sea and balcony rooms on the second and third floors.

Entire staff was engaged and focused on the guest experience. The location is on the sea, also able to have an amazing breakfast with sea view. Complementary parking was nice and certainly not the norm in Europe.

Not really a property issue, but a lot of Europeans still are heavy smokers.

Easy access - very friendly staff members - all speak English, german, Italian. Has elevator. Hotel is peaceful but in the center. You can walk to the city. The food is excellent compliments to the chef. It’s also pet friendly they also offer dog blanket the beach is easy access infront the hotel. Water is clean. They have their own sunbeds

A wonderful boutique hotel — small and cozy.

Right on the seafront. You fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves. If you prefer not to keep the windows open, there’s an efficient climate control system in the room. Excellent restaurant. Delicious and hearty meals. Great drinks, wine, and cocktails. Both the bar and kitchen work perfectly. All staff members (without exception) were kind and welcoming. Everyone smiles, greets you every time they see you, and wishes you a good day — it feels genuinely warm. If you're coming by car, be sure to request a parking spot. As far as we understood, the hotel has two parking areas — one right next to the hotel and another a bit farther away. We were lucky to park just a few steps from the entrance. A day before our arrival, someone from the hotel contacted us themselves and asked if we needed parking. The rooms are new, clean, stylish, and very pleasant. Fresh flowers in the room, welcome drinks upon arrival. The bathroom is spacious, with lots of towels and hygiene products. Everything was spotless and beautifully arranged. Huge mirror. Plenty of closet space and hangers. There’s also a minibar and fridge. What you see in the hotel photos is exactly what you get. The breakfast is luxurious. A wide selection, but what impressed us most was how beautifully everything was presented. Big kudos to the chefs! You can also order a freshly made omelet or fried eggs — they’ll bring it right to your table. We often travel with our cat, so we were pleased that pets are easily accommodated here. The pet fee is symbolic — just €10 per night. Food from the restaurant, pet fees, and other extras are simply added to your final bill, which you pay at checkout. Super convenient. Great soundproofing. The hotel was fully booked during our stay, but we didn’t hear a single sound through the walls. With the balcony door closed, the room was completely quiet.

Since there’s a bar and a restaurant (where smoking is allowed) right below the sea-facing windows, the smell of cigarettes would occasionally drift into the room. We don’t smoke and would have preferred to smell more of the sea breeze rather than tobacco. That said, we understand that people enjoy a glass of wine and a cigarette — it didn’t bother us too much. Plus, the restaurant closes around 10 or 11 p.m., and after that everything quiets down — you can open the balcony door wide and just enjoy the evening air.

Disappointing for the price

It’s a perfect location to easily walk into Novigrad. It’s on the seafront and it’s easy to go swimming. there is a public footpath between the hotel and the beach.

It’s too expensive for what it is. We stayed in a deluxe room with a sea view and balcony. The balcony does have a sea view but it doesn’t get the sun. Breakfast was really disappointing, it was a buffet with no menu and nothing cooked to order. The fruit wasn’t ripe. You can eat breakfast outside the hotels front entrance but you’re right next to a public footpath. It doesn’t feel like an exclusive luxury hotel (which it should do for the prices it charges). Nothing is included, there are 10 or so sun beds available but they will charge you additionally. They also rent them out to non hotel guests. The beach is a public beach. Parking is convenient but costs extra. There is no complimentary water in the room.

Nice Hotel in Novigrad / friendly/ but Suite does not correspond to a good price performance

Positive: Basically the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is very nice directly on the sea and very good proximity to the beautiful old town within walking distance.The hotel has good breakfast but a little too small and less choice than usual. The quality of food and drinks is very good . The suite is large and modern but very uncharitable and bare. Clarification: We had already booked in many hotels the more expensive suites , you always got additional small services (eg fresh towels in the evening , it was asked in the late afternoon if what is needed , small sweets in the evening , fruit or water every day , flowers in the room , sometimes daily newspapers , reserved table at breakfast etc. etc all that ..!!!....costless service because you pay the suite ...) ,... none of this is here ,..it seems as if a suite was built and that's it ,..

Negative: we had paid suite upgrade this unfortunately does not correspond to a good price performance ratio despite discount. The suite is large incl. terrace and jacuzzi but has many small / larger defects or traces of consumption. For example, the terrace floor is broken several times and is dangerous (was only a carpet laid over it??) Whirlpool (water was never measured during our stay chlorine / pH value balance etc.) ... The so-called shower in the suite is part of the bath and simply a complete misconstruction, large or corpulent people can really have problems here. Connections are tlw. broken off and would have to be replaced. The seals are functional as the shower consists of foldable parts on the bathtub thus water runs onto the floor. ( I would recommend the hotel manager to shower in the suite and please 5 times a week) .

The location was great. Right on the water and very peaceful. But easy to walk through the town. Rpom was good aize and had a balcony to enjoy. Breakfast included.

The bed was comfortable but i had issues with the pillows. To big and hard for my taste. Also the ac was no going on in room, instaed i just opened the doors to cool the room down.

The cleaning lady was nice and tina at breakfast.

Do not go there! No 4 star hotel as they state, maybe just 2 star. No friendly staff, breakfast is minimal. Rooms are very noicy, you can hear everything what happens in toilet/badroom next door. Breakfast buffet is grilled vegetables with dry croissants. They state they help with parking or have parking. Which means park on public street at 30 to 20 euro a day depending on how far from the hotel /centre you park.

Room in separate building, 250m away from reception, isolation very poor, so all noise from street or neighbours is very clear. Banging doors, speeking in the hall is very loud. Limited hot water in shower. Bed uncomfortable.

Marvelous location, superlatives dishes at the restaurant of the hotel ( it's called Libeccio). Room is big and the staff very friendly.

The staff inside the building dind't always wore the face masks as requested by Croatian Law against COVID19. We had to wait for an hour before the first dish showed up at the dinner .

We were located in the annex building as stated in the reservation, the parking is a bit further away but free of charge as a compensation if you don't get to park right next to the hotel.
