Relaxing weekend

Great place for a relaxing weekend! The rooms are beautiful with a lovely view of the marina, and the small wellness area felt private and peaceful. Delicious breakfast and very friendly staff — we were really happy with our stay. Location is perfect- 5 min to city center. Free parking.

Comfortable and Well-Equipped Stay

The rooms were extremely practical, with plenty of space for all belongings and essentials. The cleaning service was of very high quality, and the room had lots of natural light as well as smaller lamps for convenience. The bathroom was very functional. The breakfast was quite tasty and accompanied by excellent service in the hotel restaurant. Overall, the setup was very comfortable and thoughtfully arranged.

The pool area was quite small, and although the spa was well-equipped with various saunas, the relaxation area was uncomfortable since it was separated and air-conditioned, which did not feel pleasant after sweating and showering. Parking was also sometimes difficult to find, likely because it is also open to outside visitors for a fee.

Good price, clean rooms, convenient location

I liked that the concierge put two rooms next to each other. For this, I would like to express my gratitude. The rooms are very well cleaned.

The waiter never set the table at breakfast. I had to take the cutlery and napkins myself. The waiter (tall and bald) mostly served people of European appearance. The breakfast for 4 stars could be more varied. You will find the same in 3 star hotels.

Great short stay

The hotel is located in marina Novigrad, just a few steps from the sea. The beach, however, is a little bit distant. At the check-in, the lady told us she can give us a call when our room will be ready and that's how we got in the room 2 hours before the official check-in hour. The room was extremely large with a balcony view over marina (we got an upgrade for the room for free, because the hotel wasn't fully booked). The spa was great, but I was disappointed that the cold pool in the saunas wasn't working for my time spent there. They also have a pool with heated water and a jacuzzi for 10 people. The spa includes a relaxation zone, showers and 4 saunas, which was really great in bad weather. Breakfast had a variety of meals and foods to choose from, but eggs, sausages and vegetables that are supposed to be hot, were very cold. You can choose among cereals, seeds, cold cuts, vegetables, Nutella spread, pastry etc. From the previous pictures I saw there was a champagne for breakfast, but there wasn't during our stay. We enjoyed our stay there.

Would recommend to stay. Great hotel, staff, food, spa and close to everything.

Staff were welcoming. Rooms large and comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff were awesome, kind and helpful. The eggs on the buffet could be hotter and the bacon was a little under cooked but there were so many things to select from to eat. Also the grilled veggies were delicious. Coffee is included but expresso has to be paid for which I found odd but wouldn't affect my decision to recommend. Good area. Close to walking everywhere. I would recommend to stay. Spa is good as well but hot tub is not hot. Not sure if that is the norm here or not.

Again, hot tub was not hot and a few couples were walking around inside the spa area nude. Completely. Like not even with a towel on. It made it very uncomfortable for those that had bathing suits on. Not sure where or why this is tolerated by the hotel as this is a hotel space not a private nudist spa. This however is not the hotels fault or a reason not to stay. It may have just been those particular people but not sure if they were guests or just bought a pass for the spa. Anyway, sauna and steam bath were lovely as was the pool.

Within easy walking distance of the town

Lovely room in nautical style with many seafaring pictures and maps on the walls, good bed and pillows, clean. Music on the terrace. View of the marina. Simple breakfast.

Room 107 is not recommended for light sleepers as the swimming pool is located below this part of the hotel and at night the loud noises from the complex can easily be heard in the bedroom.

Good quality hotel needing a couple of minor upgrades.

Lovely big room with large comfortable bed. Great location looking out on the Marina. Good sized balcony. A real sun trap. Plenty of space and ample parking. Nice hotel indoor pool. Quality furnishings,

Hotel advertised a lift but it was out of order all time we were there. No tea and coffee making facilities in room. Corridor lighting was all on timing sensors but all set too short by 10--15 seconds so regularly in dark for few seconds at a time. Hot water dispenser/urn not heated so water cooled during breakfast. This made it impossible to properly brew tea which does of course need boiling/very hot water.

I have never experienced such unprofessional management. Just two points! 1. We got to the hotel around 2:00 pm. No greeting, just a request to leave the hotel and come back at 3:00 p.m. From there you can move into your room! no greeting, no question for the name, no friendliness! 2. According to the hotel, breakfast time is until 11:00! A call at 10h30 (during our breakfast), „please come to the reception immediately you should have checked out at 10:00 a.m“! My hint that I was having breakfast was either not understood or not accepted! „No, you have to come to the reception now“! A great holiday experience in this hotel! Low fall for a once amazing hotel

The staff did everything in their power to fix what was happening but sadly i presume they dah bad orders from the management.

We were there the weeknd before closing and renovations of the hotel. The hotel was ful but everything was a mess. The room smelled, we alerted the staff they tryed to fix it but not a real improovement. You could not get beer or certain beverages as everything was running out. They ran out of towels for the spa guests. When we came to the spa everything was dirty. People were entering the spa in sneakers and swimwear. Nobody was looking over the spa.. We were shooked as this is our third time in this hotel. But sadly, never again.

Room had a lot of space. Space was quiet. Location was nearby town. Parking was easy.

Many guests did not observe the quiet rule of the sauna and were not reminded to be quiet. There were too many guests in relation to the wellness area. Many guests reserved lounges they were not using.
