I would stay again, close to Piran, staff friendly and room clean.

Dinner was expensive for what you received (cafeteria style) if you did not have it include with your room rate. And they didn't offer an a la carte menu.

Very poor free Wi-Fi, TV channels on own cell-phone did not able to watch. The curtains were too long, they reached more than the floor. I don't really like that. I got a different room than I booked but I didn't complain because I only stayed two nights. The room only had one bed, it should have been a double.

Beautiful view to the sea from the wellness and from the sauna!

The breakfast was excellent, wide selection of bread, fruits, vegetables, milk products. Also they offered many kinds of alternative for milk, we could find more than one coffee machines and the staff were very helpful and kind.

Not for people who prefer to slip in a silence

Breakfast and dinner were very good. Location is very convenient, in a walking distance between Portoroz and Piran. Room was clean and tidy. Swimming pool at the ground floor with a direct exit to the hotel beach.

Before driving to the hotel I asked hotel personnel where is the hotel parking, Answer was "come to the hotel first and then you will be directed". This is what we did to find out that this was a wrong advise. Instead I could park at the hotel parking upon arrival, as there were enough space when we arrived and then go with our bags to the hotel. After registration at the hotel all parking lots were occupied and we had to drive around to find another parking 300 meter away and then carry all our bags to the hotel. Then, in the night, at 3 a.m. we were awakened by a group of young german people who decided to swim at that very time at the hotel beach without taking into account that people are sleeping. These young people were screaming and shouting for more than 1 hour. Unfortunatelly hotel personnel could not do anything and we were forsed to "enjoy" those noises till 4:15 a.m. when swimming session has ended. At 4 a.m. something at the room entrance door started "clicking" regularly, like electrical switch was going on and off. Finally, at 6 a.m. ventilation in the bathroom started, adding another noise.

Overall very decent with a few issues.

Location, view, spa, swimming pool, room size, cleanliness, and quality, these were all excellent. Modern lighting and setup the type you'd expect at a resort or higher end hotel.

Parking-- totally unclear what and how to park. Unhelpful parking attendant who could have easily said "you need to check in first to register your vehicle", instead he said nothing and left us to figure it out. Front desk- 2 out of 3 were great, one of out of 3 (the youngest one) was cold and had no business being in a client facing role at a front desk. Breakfast-- "ok". Not resort quality and if you are coming from nearby Italy which has a reputation for world class cuisine you will be disappointed.

The quiet time started exactly 23.00 and this was impressive.

Breakfast was good and with lot of choices. The pool with warmed seawater was great!

Excellent location, perfect view from the balcony!

Being able to listen to the waves of the sea with the balcony door open was like heaven.

The employees at the reception and in the restaurant were a bit cold.

Enjoyable short break.

Close to the sea, clean and airy. Really comfortable and modern rooms.

Salt water pool was great but could have had at least one non salt room. And a greater variety of food would have been better. And lack of access to tap water at evening meals.

The fact they charged for sun loungers & shades by the beach - it cost us as a family of 4 nearly €50 p/ day which is exorbitant. Given there was no sandy beach we didn’t really have any alternative.

Disappointment

The hotel is quiet and well located. Breakfast is plentiful and varied.

My room was full of ants, they were everywhere. The fridge was not working properly, everything I put in it was full of water. I asked the staff for help because the internet was not working in my room, they told me that it was working for them, they don't know what the problem is. The daily cleaning was emptying the rubbish. No cleaning, no bed linen, and no towels changed for 6 days. These problems are not excusable sins for a costly 4-star hotel.

Perfect stay for a family. We saw dolphins right from the balcony!

Simply say, this hotel is perfect. We stayed for three nights with my family. And I cannot say anything else, except that this hotel and its services was just amazing. Staff was very friendly, room was very nice and clean. We had a room with a sea view, so it was a perfect benefit as we could watch a family of dolphins in the sea right after we came back from the breakfast. Great experience, which you can`t have anytime. We also used wellness and aquapark downstairs, with clean and pleasant temperature. I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

Beautifully renovated hotel right by the sea. Nice place, a few steps from the historical city of Piran. Very good breakfast and dinner with a wide range of dishes. Big indoor sea water park.

Some staff were not very friendly, didn’t tell us anything about the pool, made a fuss when we asked to get something written on the room. Area under the bed was very dirty, they clearly don’t clean that space.
