Posizione sul mare stupenda a metà strada tra Piran e Portorose

Unica pecca della camera che era veramente bellissima, mancanza di pulizia riguardo ai pavimenti, veramente tanta tanta polvere. Seconda critica forse non molta scelta al buffet della cena costando 30€ a persona se non incluso nel prezzo mi sarei aspettato piu scelta di piatti tipici al posto di certe crocchette di pollo o bastoncini di pesce. Comunque cibo molto buono

La colazione ricca e varia e la posizione sul mare sono gli unici punti di forza di questa struttura; tuttavia, non compensano la freddezza e superficialità del personale (non adeguato per un hotel quattro stelle) e le dimensioni piccolissime delle camere (superior pagata 307 euro/notte senza neanche il bidet e con la porta del bagno che sfiora il lavandino).

Dimensioni della camera troppo risicate e non coerenti con quanto indicato (dichiarati 25 mq per camera superior, non reali). Personale poco cortese.

Gute Lage, Schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick, Portoroz und Piran sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen, Das Essen war gut und auch abwechslungsreich, die "Strandwiese" hat uns auch gut gefallen

Die Gebühr für Sonnenschirm und Liegen (23 € täglich) ist für Hotelgäste etwas "unglücklich"; Frühstücken um 09.00 Uhr ist mit viel Gedränge am Buffet verbunden.

Super, erholsamer Urlaub

Das Essen war super. Die Lage perfekt. Die Aussicht, Meerblickzimmer, war top. Sehr schade nur, dass die Parkplatzsituation schlecht geregelt ist und man sogar für den Sonnenschirm im Hotel extra bezahlen muss.

Bien mais quelques mauvaises surprises

Hotel très propre, accès direct à la mer, petit déjeuner très copieux et très varié, espace aquatique couvert très grand et agréable, chambre très confortable et bien insonorisée.

Nous avons été très surpris de constater sur place que la demi-pension ne comprenenait pas les boissons. Cela peut s'entendre pour l'alcool mais pour l'eau cela est inadmissible. En effet, le restaurant est équipé de fontaines à eau ouvertes le matin au petit déjeuner et bloquées le soir lors du dîner. L'eau est payante le soir (plus de 4 euros les 75 cl !). De plus, nous avons également découvert en arrivant que le sauna est également payant (27 euros minimum pour 3 heures). Le parking est annoncé lors de la réservation comme compris dans ́le prix. Or en arrivant, nous découvrons que le parking est très petit et très vite saturé. Lorsque le parking est complet, il faut se garer à l'étage juste en dessous qui est payant (15 euros par jour !). De même lors de notre arrivée, il nous a été indique que nous avions accès à la piscine extérieure (bien mise en avant sur le site de l'hotel), en arrivant à la piscine, nous découvrons que les traitants sont payants (6 euros). Bref, le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas et nous aurions aimé plus de transparence tarifaire lors de la réservation. La chambre est équipée d'un minibar qui ne refroidit pas. Le store de notre balcon ́e fonctionnait pas. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception. Un technicien est venu, il a constaté la panne mais elle n'a pas été réparée.

Perfekter Kurzaufenthalt direkt am Meer!

Sehr gute Matratzen ! Direkt am Meer, wir konnten vom Bett aus den Horizont sehen ! Schöne Zimmerausstattung! Freundliche Dame am Empfang!

Es gibt hier direkt nur einen kleinen Liege-Bereich wo leider immer viel mit Handtüchern reserviert wird. Beim Strand vom Bernhardin daneben haben wir dann für Liegen und Schirm aufgezahlt.

Nicht zufriedenstellend für ein 4 Sterne Hotel!

Die Lage direkt am Meer war toll.

Ich werde von der unfreundlicheren Rezeptionistin Polina empfangen! Wir waren 6 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) und hatten 2 Zimmer mit Zustellbett bestellt. Da die beiden Kinder unter 12 Jahre waren, hat es Booking.com die Kinder leider nicht ans Hotel weiter gegeben. Beim Einchecken hatten wir 6 Pässe hergezeigt. Spätestens jetzt hätte die unfreundliche Rezeptionisten bemerken müssen, dass wir 6 Personen sind und nicht nur 4! Leider waren die Zimmer auch nur für 4 Personen hergerichte worden! Erst nach zweimaliger Aufforderung, zuerst telefonisch und dann bei der Rezeption, kam eine Reiningungsdame mit der zusätzlichen Bettwäsche vorbei und hatte dann das Zusatzbett hergerichtet! Am nächsten Tag wollten wir in denn Schwimmbereich gehen, stellten wir fest, dass uns zwei Bademäntel fehlten! Ich habe dem Hotel eine Nachricht geschickt, aber KEINER hat sich bemüht die Nachricht zu beantworten! Uns wurde dann der Eintritt in den Schwimmbereich verweigert, da wir nur 4 Zimmerkarten bekommen hatten. Dafür haben wir auch keine Antwort bekommen. Dann ging ich zur Rezeption und habe zwei weitere Karten verlangt. Es kam eine schnippische Antwort zurück „Warum brauchen sie zwei weitere Karten? Es ist immer so, dass wir pro Zimmer zwei Karten hergeben!“ Erst nach dem ich die Rezeptionistin gefragt habe, wie sollen 6 Personen mit 4 Karten in den Swimmingpool gehen, hat die unfreundliche Rezeptionistin 2 weiter Karten hergegeben. Essen: das Buffet war groß, leider war der Salat nicht gewaschen und hatte noch Erde an den Blättern.

Not for people who prefer to slip in a silence

Breakfast and dinner were very good. Location is very convenient, in a walking distance between Portoroz and Piran. Room was clean and tidy. Swimming pool at the ground floor with a direct exit to the hotel beach.

Before driving to the hotel I asked hotel personnel where is the hotel parking, Answer was "come to the hotel first and then you will be directed". This is what we did to find out that this was a wrong advise. Instead I could park at the hotel parking upon arrival, as there were enough space when we arrived and then go with our bags to the hotel. After registration at the hotel all parking lots were occupied and we had to drive around to find another parking 300 meter away and then carry all our bags to the hotel. Then, in the night, at 3 a.m. we were awakened by a group of young german people who decided to swim at that very time at the hotel beach without taking into account that people are sleeping. These young people were screaming and shouting for more than 1 hour. Unfortunatelly hotel personnel could not do anything and we were forsed to "enjoy" those noises till 4:15 a.m. when swimming session has ended. At 4 a.m. something at the room entrance door started "clicking" regularly, like electrical switch was going on and off. Finally, at 6 a.m. ventilation in the bathroom started, adding another noise.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und die Lage direkt am Meer ein Highlight.

Das Personal ist teilweise gewöhnungsbedürftig und die an das Hotel angeschlossenen Gastrobetriebe glänzen mit hohen Preisen (0,25 Fl. Mineral kostet € 2,80, ein ziemlich dünner Aperol Spritz 7,50).

Overall very decent with a few issues.

Location, view, spa, swimming pool, room size, cleanliness, and quality, these were all excellent. Modern lighting and setup the type you'd expect at a resort or higher end hotel.

Parking-- totally unclear what and how to park. Unhelpful parking attendant who could have easily said "you need to check in first to register your vehicle", instead he said nothing and left us to figure it out. Front desk- 2 out of 3 were great, one of out of 3 (the youngest one) was cold and had no business being in a client facing role at a front desk. Breakfast-- "ok". Not resort quality and if you are coming from nearby Italy which has a reputation for world class cuisine you will be disappointed.

Moti me to, da do hotela ne moreš priti z vozilom, ob deževnem vremenu, vnuku in dveh torbah bilo dokaj neprijetno. Manjka kakšna animacija.

A hotel konyhája finom és bőséges reggelit és korrekt felárért vacsorát biztosít, akár külön előre foglalás nélkül is. Másodszor szálltunk meg itt, a vacsora ár-érték arányban két gyermekünkkel verhetetlen. Május elején érkeztünk, és a harmadik emeleten volt a szobánk, belső kikötőre nézve. Igy az esti órákban a nyugati nap már nagyon felmelegítette a szobát, amit intenzív szellőztetéssel lehetett csak kompenzálni. A klímát még nem állították át hűtésre, ezért az nem segített. A wellness részleg jó, bár a víz sós, ezért aki erre érzékeny, az nem fogja szeretni. Az autónk élvezte a fedett garázst, persze 15EUR/nap áron... de minden gyalog is közel van, aki nem ijed meg sétától, kerékpározástól, annak Piran és a Portorozsi homokos(!) plázs is könnyen elérhető szórakozást nyújt. Naptej már májusban is kötelező, egy óra alatt a széllel együtt leéget minden szabad bőrfelületet.

Doručak je bio odličan, ali stanje u trpezariji nije (konobari su jako lupali tanjirima, čašama i escajgom koje su skupljali - svakih par sekundi čula bi se buka od bacanja tanjira i escajga - nisu se trudili da to urade u tišini, manje -više (bilo je onih koji su bili izuzetno bučni ili manje).

Stanje u trpezariji, kao što sam i rekao, ne dolikuje ni blizu hotelu od 4 zvezdice. Inače, hotel je u sve u ostalom perfektan, tako da je šteta da nepažljivo osoblje u trpezariji kvari opšti utisak. Obrok na odmoru treba da protekne u mirnoj i prijatnoj atmosferi.
