Very cool breakfast area, comfortable bed, clean room.

We really liked everything. The location was convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast was served in the garden, where we sat under a kiwi tree. The staff was very friendly.

The room was a bit small, but since it was just the two of us and we were there for a few nights, we didn't have a lot of stuff with us. The toilet was separated from the room by a glass door, which was a little see-through and could be heard through quite well. If you're with a partner, it's not a big deal. But if you're just with a friend, it can be a bit embarrassing sometimes :D

Nice location with great air-condition rooms!

We didn’t try the breakfast, as it was located in a different building from where we stayed. The location was nice and quiet, with easy access at all times. There were also some great restaurants and cafés nearby

The location was perfect, very central in the old town, two minutes walk from the marina and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent and held in a pretty courtyard.

You have to accept that the buildings are very narrow so rooms are small but very modern and clean

Nice and comfortable place in Piran

Very good localization - 2 minutes from main bus stop. Tasty breakfast (buffet) on the patio. Convenient entry with the code. Walking distance to all places (Piran is not that big in the end ;) ). Very friendy staff. Room was a bit small but it is comfortable and we spent the time outside anyway. Plus for a small laundry dryer in the room.

Stylish apartment-style hotel in a historic,colourful building,positioned on a cute backstreet in old town Piran,adjacent to its picturesque harbour.Breakfast was hosted in a tranquil garden and was good quality,with eggs,coffee,cheeses and meats.

Check-in was a bit difficult.

Perfect location close to everything. Nicely renovated rooms and fantastic breakfast in the garden of the main building.

Perfect location from which to explore Piran. Rooms are small but absolutely immaculate, modern & ultra-clean. Breakfast was out in the cutest little garden courtyard. Staff very friendly and helpful, providing great restaurant recommendation! The parking situation is exactly as it is described on Bookings. com and it actually works very well (we used the larger one which is 800 metres away).

Small rooms. Narrow steep stairs made it very hard to carry large luggage upstairs. Having a kettle would be useful.

We were in the second building which doesn't correspond to the pictures and the room was very small.

Disappointing

Location is excellent, breakfast is OK, in a nice garden, but nearby not on the spot.

Check in before 3PM was not possible, reception was closed, they did not answer neither the doorbell nor the phone call. The room size was unbelievably small, with a small double bed. Toilet is literally 2 steps from the bed, quite "intimate". No places to put away the clothes, the luggage. Hanging up the towels was possible but with no chance of drying. There was hair residue in the bathroom after a previous guest’s shaving. No daily cleaning included. The window is facing to the legs of an inner terrace bench of the neighbour's house. Feeling like being in the basement, with minimal natural light. Walls are thin, you can hear the neighbours.

Despite all little shortcomings, we are happy with our stay.

We really liked a place, very nice staff, nice garden for breakfasts and good breakfast (except coffee).

The room are not very well equipped. We missed hooks (not even for their own towels), shelf or any kind of dresser, dryer for clothes, no trash can in room, except mini one next to toilet.... Nobody refill toilet paper or empty mini bin in bathroom for three days. Parking is not included in cost, although garage is listed on booking. They told us about paying another expense for parking house after we booked the room. To pay for garage is not such a problem, but they should state this information on booking in advence.

Stylish B& B in heart of Piran old town

We were fortunate in having the top floor room in the annex, which benefits from an outside patio area. So we had plenty of space and the opportunity to sit outside. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was good. The B & B has an original site and a nearby annex - for both buildings breakfast is taken in the garden of the original site. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality.

Having a top floor room does mean there are 4 flights of stairs to get there - but we got used to that (there’s no lift). it’s nothing to do with the Miracolo di Mare, but no cars or parking are allowed in Piran old town. If you have a car it’s a nuisance having to park it some way away - there’s a choice between a smaller (and often full) at a cost of E15 garage up/down a steep hill, or a large E26 garage on the flat. Both are about a 12-15 min walk away. The more expensive garage on the flat does have a frequent free shuttle bus which stops close to the B&B

Great location in a little back street. We stayed along the street in another house which was lovely. Very clean, nicely decorated and quiet. Breakfast was at the main b&b in the garden and just what you needed. Host was full of helpful advice and good humour. Wish we could have stayed longer.

It’s only a little thing but the bathroom door was a sliding coloured glass panel- not that private!

It was very modern and well located. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious in the garden like in a movie:)

The only thing that concerned us that we left the luggages at the reception so did the others. A separate room for them should be better and safer.
