Very cool breakfast area, comfortable bed, clean room.

We really liked everything. The location was convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast was served in the garden, where we sat under a kiwi tree. The staff was very friendly.

The room was a bit small, but since it was just the two of us and we were there for a few nights, we didn't have a lot of stuff with us. The toilet was separated from the room by a glass door, which was a little see-through and could be heard through quite well. If you're with a partner, it's not a big deal. But if you're just with a friend, it can be a bit embarrassing sometimes :D

Nice location with great air-condition rooms!

We didn’t try the breakfast, as it was located in a different building from where we stayed. The location was nice and quiet, with easy access at all times. There were also some great restaurants and cafés nearby

Habitación bonita, moderna, limpia, buen sistema de cortinas black out, tiene mosquitero y aire acondicionado funcionando correctamente . Es pequeña pero adecuada para pasar una noche en Piran. Personal amable. Muy buena ubicación. Desayuno rico, buen café.

Podrían agregar sistema anti olor al lavamanos y regadera o alguna forma práctica de taparlas, ya que huelen mal, con cerrar la puerta del baño evitas que pase el olor a la habitación, pero es molesto cada que entras al baño. La puerta corrediza del baño tiene líneas que permiten ver hacia dentro, lo que a algunas personas los puede incomodar esa falta de privacidad. El desayuno es rico, estilo buffet, pero la forma de racionarlo te hace sentir limitado, ejemplo la taza de yogurt o pudín de chía son máximo son de unos 50ml.

Personal war sehr nett und bemüht, Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, Wer Katzen mag-Die Nachbarskatze kommt beim Frühstück vorbei und sorgt für (nicht aufdringliche) Unterhaltung, Lage-Zentrumsnahe, Guter Ausgangspunkt um Piran kennen zulernen.

Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht, trotzdem Frühstück aufzahlen müssen. Zum Glück Buchungsdetails am Mobiltelefon gefunden, reklamiert, wurde sofort anerkannt und das Geld zurück überwiesen. Somit alles wieder gut :-)

Bed and breakfast plein de charme, dans les rues piétonnes de la plus jolie ville de Slovénie Accueil professionnel et agréable Chambre jolie et fonctionnelle Superbe cour intérieure pour un bon petit déjeuner au soleil en terrasse!

Prix élevé (mais comme partout à Piran!) Nous avons été hébergé dans une annexe de l’hôtel, au charme moindre que le bâtiment principal, plus ancien!

Viel Schimmel und Staub in kleinem, dunklen Zimmer

Das Frühstück im Garten war gut und umfangreich. Am ersten Morgen mussten wir aufgrund des regnerischen Wetters im engen Raum der Rezeption essen und die Auswahl war geringer. Die Lage in Piran ist gut und das Wichtigste ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, jedoch haben wir kaum Informationen wie z.B. zum Frühstück, Garten, Empfehlungen (erst auf Nachfrage) oder Check-out erhalten. Unser Zimmer war nicht im gleichen Haus und wir mussten den 100 Meter entfernten Eingang alleine suchen. Im Zimmer hatte es sehr viel Staub und Schimmel (in der Dusche, an den Wänden und an der Decke). Es gab ein Fenster mit Fliegengitter, welches man zu einem Innenhof öffnen konnte, jedoch kam nur wenig frische Luft oder Tageslicht herein. Das Zimmer war klein, aber das haben wir auch so erwartet. Wir waren von der fehlenden Sauberkeit enttäuscht und haben dies auch gemeldet. Unser Anliegen wurde nicht ernst genommen und eher belächelt. Sie haben unser Zimmer zweimal zusätzlich gereinigt, aber auch dann war es noch nicht sauber. Dafür hat es nach der zweiten Reinigung stark nach aggresivem Schimmelentferner gestunken. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und wir haben die anderen Hotelgäste oft gehört. Wir würden nicht nochmals dieses B&B buchen und hätten mehr erwartet, da es für slowenische Verhältnisse teuer war.

Un superbe endroit mais sans parking et qui mériterait une meilleure insonorisation et un petit déjeuner plus généreux

La situation dans la ville : proche de la mer et au coeur de la ville.

L'hotel prétend qu'il y a un parking. Il s'agit en fait d'un parking public à 29€ par jour, à 800m de l'hôtel. Pas bien insonorisé dans le nouvel immeuble où étions (il y en a deux). D'autant plus embêtant que les portent s'ouvrent avec un code qui bipe avec un bruit très agaçant qui peuvent réveiller à 07:00 ou à minuit. On nous demande un horaire pour le petit déjeuner (07:00, 08:00, 9:00 ou 10:00) mais lorsque l'on vient à 10:00, les employées rangent tout (assiettes, serviettes...). Enfin, les assiettes et portions sont très petites, cela ne donne pas un sentiment de générosité.

The location was perfect, very central in the old town, two minutes walk from the marina and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent and held in a pretty courtyard.

You have to accept that the buildings are very narrow so rooms are small but very modern and clean

De locatie is top, dicht bij de grote markt en niet te ver van de parkeergarage.

Het moment dat je de airco uitschakelt, wordt het meteen terug zeer warm in de kamer. Er werd een poetsbeurt beloofd na de tweede nacht, maar die kwam er niet. Vanaf dag 1 stak mijn allergie voor huisstofmijt de kop op. Het glas om je mond te spoelen in de badkamer was nog vuil bij aankomst, er hingen opgedroogde tandpastaresten in. De ventilatie in de badkamer werkte niet. Het raam kan niet verduisterd worden.

Klidný a útulný hotel.

Velice kvalitní snídaně, které byly připravené nedaleko našeho domu, venku na zahradě. Čisté pokoje. 200m od hlavního náměstí. Čistá a moderní koupelna. Matrace byly pohodlné. Hned vedle domu je do 21.00.h otevřená samoobsluha. Dojezdová vzdálenost do Chorvatska (např. Umag) a do Itálie (Terst + zámek Miramare).

Do 15min je vjezd autem zdarma, pak za hodinu ve městě 6EUR. 29EUR za den parkování v parkovacím domě. Dá se lehce dojít (cca. 800m).

Lage super, schöne moderne Einrichtung, unkomplizierter Check-in

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Fenster zu einem Balkon/Hauseingang auf Fußbodenhöhe des Hauseingangs - so konnten wir nicht gut lüften und morgens saßen schon sehr früh zwei Personen quasi direkt neben unserem Bett, wodurch an schlafen nicht mehr zu denken war. Schade, denn das Problem mit dem Fenster war so aus der Beschreibung nicht erkennbar. Frühstück schön im Innenhof aber mit wenig Obst und recht eng zu sitzen.

Nice and comfortable place in Piran

Very good localization - 2 minutes from main bus stop. Tasty breakfast (buffet) on the patio. Convenient entry with the code. Walking distance to all places (Piran is not that big in the end ;) ). Very friendy staff. Room was a bit small but it is comfortable and we spent the time outside anyway. Plus for a small laundry dryer in the room.

Katastrophales Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – nicht empfehlenswert

Zimmer ist neu bzw modern und sauber

Der Aufenthalt war in mehrfacher Hinsicht enttäuschend. Der Empfang sollte um 15:00 Uhr öffnen, war unpünktlich befand sich jedoch an einem anderen Ort – und selbst dort mussten wir (wie auch drei weitere Paare) vor verschlossener Tür warten. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Erklärung für die Verspätung – absolut unprofessionell. Das Zimmer liegt etwa 2 Minuten entfernt .Das „Zimmer“ ist kaum als solches zu bezeichnen – winzig, extrem spartanisch eingerichtet und definitiv nicht das Geld wert. ohne Schrank, Handtücher können im Bad nicht aufgehängt werden, ohne Komfort, mit einem unbequemen Bett, das einem Schlaf kaum zulässt. Das Bad mit WC war gegenüber des Bettes. Undiskret. Die Aussicht geht direkt auf eine triste Hauswand. Der Zugang zum Zimmer erfolgt über extrem enge, steile Stiege, die mit Gepäck fast nicht zu bewältigen sind . Der Türcode hat mehrfach nicht funktioniert, was dazu führte, dass ich draußen stand bis es funktioniert hat. Für diesen Preis (136 Euro eine Nacht 2 Personen exkl. den 6,20 Euro Orttax und exkl. Frühstück) ist das Angebot für Piran völlig unangemessen – selbst bei niedrigen Erwartungen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis schlichtweg inakzeptabel. Ich kann nur ausdrücklich davon abraten. Es war einer der unangenehmsten Hotelaufenthalte, die ich je hatte. Fazit: Viel zu teuer für das, was man bekommt. Unorganisiert, unkomfortabel und enttäuschend. Ich kann nur dringend abraten.

Herrliches Hotel in herrlichem Fischerdorf

Frühstück top. Lage super, aber das Hotel ist sehr schwer zu finden. Das Hotel besteht aus mind. 2 Häuser, die auch schwierig zu finden sind. Das Haus ist neu renoviert und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Hotel ist mitten in Piran . Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und freundlich.

Die Ausschilderung zum Hotel muß dringend ergänzt werden.

Perfect location from which to explore Piran. Rooms are small but absolutely immaculate, modern & ultra-clean. Breakfast was out in the cutest little garden courtyard. Staff very friendly and helpful, providing great restaurant recommendation! The parking situation is exactly as it is described on Bookings. com and it actually works very well (we used the larger one which is 800 metres away).

Wir kommen wieder

Die Lage ist super zentral und wir konnten durch die guten Fenster und die Klimaanlage trotzdem sehr gut schlafen. Der Innenhof zum Frühstück (im anderen Gebäude 50m entfernt) ist ganz wunderbar und außergewöhnlich für die Gassen von Piran. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab einen verschließbaren Raum für unsere Fahrräder!

Nur ein kleiner Punkt: das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll, nur der Kaffee war nicht ganz so lecker

Disappointing

Location is excellent, breakfast is OK, in a nice garden, but nearby not on the spot.

Check in before 3PM was not possible, reception was closed, they did not answer neither the doorbell nor the phone call. The room size was unbelievably small, with a small double bed. Toilet is literally 2 steps from the bed, quite "intimate". No places to put away the clothes, the luggage. Hanging up the towels was possible but with no chance of drying. There was hair residue in the bathroom after a previous guest’s shaving. No daily cleaning included. The window is facing to the legs of an inner terrace bench of the neighbour's house. Feeling like being in the basement, with minimal natural light. Walls are thin, you can hear the neighbours.
