Perfect location, right in Piran center. Room with a balcony and very comfortable. We love its modern style and great amenities.

Just a comment about the A/C that was a bit noisy

Cute place overall. Good location. Like the pictures just didn't realize it was only a TINY room and not the whole place in the pics. Clean. Modern.

Breakfast was tiny and barely any. Snacks was a bowl of candy. Bugs in patio so got eaten alive if sat out there. Rooms were TINY. Bathrooms tiny and no privacy with a glass door. Check in was confusing.

We liked the location and the staff. They made sure things were properly set up for our family. It was very clean and cared for. We loved the outdoor area.

The stairs up to the room and the bed was not particularly comfortable. It seemed to be sagging.

The location was great and the room was modern and clean. Good air con.

Fine for a night or 2 but not for a long stay It was very basic and minimal. Very few facilities- not even a bin for the room. The small sink/stiff tap in bathroom meant it flooded easily. Check in was not good, confirmed we were arriving at 8.30pm, after reception was closed and were told that was fine and they'd send a code. Nothing was sent and had no reply to several messages through the day. Had to wait at the street and bumped into 2 other couples also have difficulties checking in/ finding the other building further down the street. After several phone calls they finally sent the info.
