Bed and Brekfast Donatella

The location is very central and the breakfast offered at a nearby restaurant is nice.

There is no staff working onsite making check in a little odd. The room is very minimal and didn’t have great bedding.

The location is great, and the property is very secure and safe.

The ants, you can’t leave food out.

It was very clean and the location was excellent!

There was not enough hot water to shower (ex.: not possible to wash my hair + take a body shower at the same time). Maybe this is fine when the weather is warm, but I was in Piran when it was cold and rainy, so it was unpleasant.

The location and breakfast were great — both really made our stay enjoyable.

The room itself is fine if you’re traveling alone, but the doors and toilet are extremely loud. The doorknobs and flush tank should be replaced, as the noise caused a lot of waking up during the night. The bathroom is so small that a taller or larger person can’t sit on the toilet comfortably, and there’s no ventilation. Because of these issues, we wouldn’t recommend it for light sleepers or anyone needing more space. The room is also quite small and a bit cramped, but that’s to be expected from an old Piran house turned into a B&B.
