Un super appartement dans une petite ville bijou sur le bord de l'Adriatique

Appartement très bien situé en plein centre historique, face au port et à la vielle ville, en angle du bâtiment au 2ème étage avec vues imprenables sur la ville et le port. Accès aux nombreux commerces, cafés, restaurants ainsi qu'à la plage (pontons avec échelle) en quelques enjambées. Et si vous séjournez un week- end.à la belle saison, l'animation et les orchestres sont à vos pieds. Au plus tard à minuit le calme est revenu. Situé dans un immeuble ancien rénové (sans ascenseur ), l'appartement avec 1 chambre a une jolie surface,, il est bien équipé, lumineux et calme.

Le plus gros casse-tête c'est le stationnement, surtout à l'arrivée ( large centre ville totalement piéton). Une fois qu'on a compris comment utiliser la navette payante (1€/trajet/ personne par carte bancaire, arrêt à moins de 50 m) qui relie le centre au parking extérieur (payant) où vous laissez votre voiture en arrivant, tout est réglé. Je conseille de se garer dans ce parking et d'emprunter la navette avec vos bagages dès votre arrivée. L'option consistant à arriver en voiture et à se garer aléatoirement une trentaine de minutes ( gratuité et au delà amende ou paiement à la sortie de la ville) près de l'immeuble avec les feux de détresse, le temps de faire l'enregistrement est matériellement intenable et il est impossible de trouver un emplacement aux abords de l'immeuble, ou bien on gêne, pour stationner en journée du moins. C'était notre choix en arrivant, mauvais choix car on a dépassé la 1/2 heure. Lorsqu'on a quitté le logement en fin de séjour, on a pris la navette avec nos bagages pour rejoindre le parking extérieur, c'était plus cool !

The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable and due to the location it was extremely noisy due to a live band at the cafe next door on Friday and Saturday evenings which went on very late. This isn't necessarily a negative and we enjoyed the music however for people with young children (as we do) it may make it hard for them to sleep

Nice location and good value with some limitations worth noting

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Piran. The accommodation was roomy. The receptionist was very helpful with information about Piran and the surrounding area.

Our room was disappointing in that it was on the top floor with very small wndows and skylights that did not allow a view while in the property. Car access is easy enough, though pressured timing-wise due to town car access restrictions. The car-parking is out of Piran, a little way up the hill. While not a major problem, it should be noted. If you stay at this property, the parking garage is halfway up the hill on the right. It would be good if the property instructions added this little note as the garage itself is not named the same as they provide in the instructions.

Prima plek om Piran te verkennen. Ruim appartement

Centraal gelegen, ruim opgezet met goede faciliteiten. Goede mogelijkheid om te parkeren buiten het centrum.

Luide muziek ‘s avonds aan de overkant, dit wordt wel gecommuniceerd bij het inchecken.

Böse Überraschung

Das Zimmer an und für sich war sehr schön eingerichtet, tolle neue Möbel. Alles vorhanden was man braucht

Die Matratzen bzw das Schlafsofa waren leider sehr hart. Die größte Frechheit aber wohl war, dass unser Zimmer in den Innenhof einer Bar geschaut hat, in welcher abends livemusik bis Mitternacht statt fand. Extrem laut trotz zugemachter Fenster, also Schlaf unmöglich. Vor Reisebeginn war kein Wort darüber verloren worden, auch die Dame an der Rezeption erwähnte dies mit keinem einzigen Wort. Lediglich ein Zettel hing im Stiegenhaus neben der Eingangstür. Eine absolute Frechheit finde ich das und vor allem uns dann auch noch ein Zimmer genau in den Innenhof zu geben, wenn wir mit einem 10 Monate alten Baby reisen. Das Baby schrie die halbe Nacht durch, weil es logischerweise auf Grund des Lärms nicht schlafen konnte.

Très bien à pars l’accueil et le parking

L’emplacement au cœur de Piran, la propreté du logement.

Difficile de trouver l’entrée, on ne doit pas rester plus de 30 minutes dans le centre avec la voiture pour trouver l’apparthotel et décharger car Le parking est à 1,2km…Nous avons payé 6€ de taxe car nous avons dépassé la demi heure. Attention la réception n’est ouverte que de 14h à 16h. Assurez vous de recevoir vos messages car instructions envoyées par mail en cas d’arrivée après 16h. Dame très directive et condescendante au téléphone ….!! Et en face à face très lente…

Die Lage ist ein Traum - zwischen Meer und Zentrum - wir hatten das Appartement Richtung Hafen - toller Blick in der Früh. Bademöglichkeit im Meer, gleich 50 m um die Ecke, Kommunikation hat super funktioniert - Info über Parkmöglichkeit, Bus ins Zentrum, Essenstipps, Apartment hat für 4 eine angenehme Größe - würde dort wieder nächtigen

Great location, amazing staff, don’t stay on a weekend if you like your sleep

The apartments are in a great location, next to the sea and central to make exploring Piran super easy. The staff are amazing and really friendly.

Unfortunately we stayed on a weekend and even though I had chosen the apartments as they were a little way from the restaurants and bars, there was live music on both Friday and Saturday night in the square right next to the apartments. The windows blocked out none of the noise so we didn’t get to sleep until 12pm each night. No fault of the hotel but a most definitely down side.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Hafen, weitestgehend autofreie Innenstadt, Parkhaus war fußläufig erreichbar - Möglichkeit für 30 Minuten mit Auto direkt ans Hotel zu fahren um Gepäck zu laden, sehr gute Ausstattung und aureichend Platz für vier Personen, separates Elternschlafzimmer, Möglichkeit Kaffeemaschine an der Rezeption 24/7 kostenlos zu nutzen (inkl. Milch), genügend Bäcker in der Nähe um sich morgens frische Croissants zu holen und dann gemütlich im Zimmer mit Hafenblick zu frühstücken, sehr nett war auch die Kulanz hinsichtlich eines zerbrochnen Glases und einer Duftkerze

Wonderful stay in a great location

Great location, clean and comfortable. It is just a quick walk from the sunset pier, many restaurants, the square etc, Couldn’t be more convenient. We loved our stay at Vila Piranesi.

On Sat night there was live music right under our window. Not sure if that is a regular thing, but if you have early plans the next day, this might be an issue. Luckily we didn’t. No issue if you sleep well with ear plugs.

Die Lage ist super. Ein großes Apartment - für drei Personen ausreichend. Dachgeschoß, aber die Klimaanlage funktionierte bestens. Sehr freundliches Personal. Parkhaus inkludiert!

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: kein Lift und oberstes Stockwerk ist etwas mühsam mit den Koffern.

Leuke lokatie in een mooi stadje

De ligging aan de haven in de oude stad was super. Bakker en supermarkt dichtbij. Eerst met de auto naar het appartement gereden om de spullen uit te laden en in te checken, daarna naar de parkeergarage gereden en terug gelopen. Toen we weer vertrokken met de bus gegaan, deze was ook heel dichtbij. Airco werkte prima.

las habitaciones del atico no tienen ventanas grandes y para tener vistas hay que agacharse, ojo al reservar porque no está muy claro en la propaganda, aseguraros de que la habitación es la que realmente quereis

Clean, friendly base to explore Piran from.

Clean and easily accessed location from shuttle bus. Room was tight for a family of four but we didn’t spend much time in the rooms. We enjoyed swimming in the seas nearby and exploring Piran. Everything was clean and staff were very friendly and kind. Parking being included was helpful.

There was a loud concert on in the square until late which impacted children sleeping - not the fault of the hotel but the windows closed did not keep the sound out. Perhaps a warning to check what events are on when coming!

Fabulous location! 2 mins walk to a perfect little swimming spot, minutes from many fabulous restaurants and bars and Tartini Square. The staff were friendly and gave amazing restaurant recommendations and even a re-useable 10% discount at Danoi restaurant which we visited many times as the food and service were incredible.

Great stay, great location, but too many stairs for luggage

The location was fabulous It is positioned in the heart of Piran . Easy walk from apartment to the square and nearby cafes and beaches. Parking was easy too You park at a multi-storey car park a short distance from apartment and for one euro you take a very short trip on a bus to the town centre where you find the apartment block. We were told that we could drive in to Piran off load our luggage then go to car park My advice is to go to car park first as parking out the front is extremely difficult

We were on the third floor and without a lift it was challenging getting our suitcases to the top floor The accommodation being in the heart of Piran also means there is alot of activity especially the noise from the bar directly underneath and other nearby bars which go until the early hours of the morning on weekends. I suppose this is only to be expected being in the town centre Also tea and coffee are available to make in reception area Would have been nice to have had a machine in the room

Wonderful short stay in the heart of Piran

I can't say enough about this property. Not only is it in the heart of Piran, close to everything, but I woke up my last day there quite ill, and the wonderful receptionist/manager, Lara, was so lovely and helpful and even offered to take me to the other hotel (I had to stay one more night under doctor's orders, but the hotel was already booked out) when she got out of work! She and her coworker were exceptional and really kept me calm during a very stressful and scary time traveling abroad. I will never stay anywhere else in this area!
