Everything, Danielle and Claudio were so welcoming and attended to every inquiry we asked . The seafood dinner was exceptional. We will be back to visit them again next year.We had a fabulous time .

I had an excellent stay at Villa Istriana. Daniela is a very kind & welcoming host, and all the staff were very friendly. It was one of the most welcoming hotels I have ever been to. The dinner, with the fresh fish of the day, was amazing. The room was very clean and it had a sauna & jacuzzi. The location of the hotel was also great, a short drive away from the beach and Umag city center. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

All staff is really friendly and they really care about their guests. Excellent breakfast, great seafood restaurant with excellent deserts (try Tiramisu :) ) and a great range of excellent wines. Location is also great - very calm and quiet street, without much traffic, so you can relax and enjoy peacefully. Perfect place to stay on your vacation!

Quiet spacious rooms with good air conditioning on the Istrian Peninsula.

Great air-conditioning, spacious rooms, closets, couch, comfortable bed, and a nice sized shower. Parking all around the building and next door to a local restaurant. Many other restaurants within a close distance as well. Nice spread of European and Croatian breakfast items as well.

The hot tub in the room was very tempting, but unfortunately was not working during our stay. No other bad things during our stay. If you are looking to visit the town of Umag itself, it is 15 minute drive away.

Weekend romantico in coppia!

Per un viaggio romantico e di relax è l'ideale!!! Abbiano preso la camera con la jacuzzi in terrazzo (essendo in agosto) e c'è la siamo proprio goduta. Si sta proprio bene. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Camera comoda e delle giuste dimensioni, il terrazzo invece é uno spettacolo!! Anche il ristorante del B&B molto buono e piatti curati nei particolari. Da provare assolutamente.

Unica pecca essendo il bagno non separato dalla camera se non si arieggia bene rimangono un po di odori in camera.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Atmosphäre herzlich und familiär. Die Gastgeber waren extrem freundlich und hat uns den Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gemacht – wir kommen immer wieder gerne! Besonders begeistert waren wir von den bequemen Betten und dem lieben Gruß aus der Küche: Kaffee und Kuchen – einfach klasse! Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schönes Zimmer mit angenehm leiser Klimaanlage, das Frühstück mit selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten war ausgezeichnet, eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus haben wir gerne am Nachmittag zum Verweilen genutzt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Esperienza meravigliosa

Villa Istriana è una garanzia; siamo ospiti da tanti anni di Daniela e Claudio ed abbiamo visto crescere questa struttura che si è rinnovata e migliorata nel tempo con tanti servizi aggiunti (wellness, vasca idromassaggio in camera, produzione di prodotti naturali, la cucina gestita ad arte dal figlio Mario, ed altro ancora). Piacevolissima sorpresa la degustazione di pesce fresco, sia cotto che crudo. La camera (n. 1) con vasca idromassaggio, scelta per trascorrere questo giorno di relax, è stata la scelta migliore che potevamo fare; il bagno a vista è elegante e spazioso, una pratica tenda per garantire comunque intimità. Daniela e Claudio hanno a cuore i dettagli come i comodini/tronco e le piccole serre in vaso; il loro tocco lo si vede nell’intera struttura. La disponibilità dei gestori è totale, per qualsiasi richiesta relativa al soggiorno e/o personale sono sempre pronti ad aiutare.
