Needs improvement

Halfboard price was good value. Parking was free and covered.

Room was too hot without an option to turn down the heatining, indoor swimming pool was way too small, crowded and NOT WITH SEA WATER as marketed, stained sheets, sockets did not work on arrival. The room was renovated and there were traces of the renovation works still present.

I would come back to this hotel very gladely

Very nice location of the hotel. They have very nice swiminpool and their own beach. Restaurants and beach bar are very good. Dinner and breakfast is very good with lot oh choices.

Room was small poorly furbished, food variety and selection awful , airconditioning was noisy to the point of no sleep, location remote... World never go back!

Food was excellent, staff very helpful especially Stanley Tucci's twin in the restaurant. Rooms very clean

Beds rock hard, and even though lifts are provided between floors there are still steps to some rooms. Had to wait 1 day to be moved to a room with no steps.

Location, food, access to the pool and sauna was included in the price, friendly staff.

Not very clean room. A lot of things wasn’t working or was in a bad condition. Very nice wellness, it's a pity that not everything works and that some things are worn out.

Good stay, but not at 5* level.

Location was good, hotel complexes were tidy.

Breakfast choices were very poor (specialy deli and chesses, vegetable department). Matresses were separated in one bed and in the middle there was a 5cm hole. Indoor pool is rather small for the size of the hotel, saunas need reservation.

Great hotel, reasonably priced for what you get

Beautiful hotel, lovely welcoming staff. Great spa with indoor pool for the cooler seasons. Small onsite casino. Suite and premier rooms are so comfortable and spacious. Nearby Umag marina and surrounding areas are worth a visit

Price promotion

Room interior is poor. Pool is crowded, we had no space to put towels, same with the sauna. Missing many drinks in restaurant and bar - even like some basic wines or sparkling wines. Breakfast and dinner should be better for a hotel that claims to have 5 stars

Facilities and surroundings are beautiful but the room and quality of food could be better.

Beach and pool area are beautiful, clean and well maintained. Beach beds, umbrellas and towels available.

Our room was a bit small for a double room in a 5 star hotel, with very little space for luggage or clothes for two people and the bed was not comfortable. Although there was a lot of food served for breakfast, we expected higher quality of produce in a 5 star hotel.

okay but dissatisfied with the food

The daily sport activities like yoga/crossfit. The private beach access. Bands playing in the evening.

The food wasn’t good. There was a huge buffet in the morning as well as evening, but half of it was overcooked or tasted like nothing. You indeed get offered a lot, but two third of it was not to our taste. As well as the atmosphere in the huge dining hall was crazy stressful. The staff took fprever to serve drinks and especially at breakfast you had to hurry to catch a table, before someone else would take it.

Beautiful holiday

There is very nice, clean, calm and big private beach with sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Private hotel parking is for free. The sea is clean and there is nice hotel garden and hotel pool. Gym was small but with good equipment. There is another separate building for spinning, pilates or yoga. On friday there was night hotel party by the pool with DJ, sweets and Prosseco. Hotel stuff is very kindly. Breakfast and dinners are very tasty, with good choise of meals, fruits, vegetables, with fresh juices and smoothies for breakfast. They offer rich choise of sport activities.

Only some details. We wish to have instant kettle in the room for making tee or coffee, but it missed and in the room with no balcony we very missed drying rack for the clothes in the room. The equipment of the room looks older, the TV can be bigger. The aircondition was automaticaly cooling only minimal to 24.5 degrees, there was a little bit warm in the room. We very missed a terrace in the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
