Perfect villa by the sea for perfect vacation in one of the most beautiful regions in Europe.

This villa is just perfect: located on the beach, clean and comfortable, all the stuff extremely friendly and pleasant. Its quite, you can enjoy waves sound at night. The rooms are spacious. It is located outside of urban area, but its close to some restaurants and Umag is just 5 min away by car. The biggest gems of this property are their stuff, from cleaning ladies to breakfast servers, so nice, friendly, willing to support while being professional!

The parking near hotel and only one narrow way to the hotel. It's not a hotel's fault but keep in mind if you have a new wide car .

Superb

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel with incredibly friendly service. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and the service was hassle-free.

The only drawback was the overpriced evening meals at the hotel restaurant. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its super-friendly service and pleasant ambiance, but suggest exploring other dining options for a more affordable meal.

Lovely beach, friendly service.

Beach, breakfast, bed. Staff member Verdan (sp?) was so super helpful and friendly: got us a cab when Uber wouldn't show up, assisted us in figuring out bag storage and showers the day we were heading out, and just had a fantastic demeanor.

Even though we paid for the "sea view" and did indeed have one, the large roof over the restaurant was pretty distracting. We were on the 2nd floor (European 1st floor), and it seems one floor up might have been a better deal.

Tolles Hotel auch im Winter

Die gute Fußbodenheizung in Zimmer und Bad ist sehr angenehm im Winter (nicht unbedingt selbstverständlich in mediterranen Lagen), überhaupt ist das ganze Haus angenehm warm beheizt. Modernes Badezimmer, Dusche mit Regenbrause.

Die teils offene Dusche erhöht die Chancen auf Überschwemmung im Bad. Etwas wenig Beleuchtung am Schreibtisch.

Tolle Lage - schön gestaltete Außenanlage

Top-Lage - direkt am Strand; ein liebevoll gestalteter Garten; sehr gutes Frühstück, äußerst bequemes Bett. Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage - ich mag kleine Boutiquehotels, die sich direkt am Strand befinden; tolle Bäume entlang des Strandes; eine nette Bar "MOKA" unweit davon (ca. 400 m); fantastisches Restaurant "TONI" ebenfalls fußläufig (1 km) erreichbar!

Super Lage

Die Lage ist einzigartig, direkt am Meer und sehr ruhig. Eigener Strand, sauberes Meer, einfach top. Fußläufig sind Restaurants und Bars erreichbar. Frühstück war Kroatisch, super lecker mit diversen warmen Speisen. Gute Garage.
