I would never go back there.
The lady was friendly.
Price is way too high for what you get. Our room was quite old inside with cheap furniture. The online inserate with pictures, rating and pricing, compared to what you get, seems like a scam.

Exceptional
The host made us breakfast and there was also a small buffet, some home made stuff, we enjoyed it greatly. The location was very peaceful but convenient, plenty of parking space while still being close to the town of Umag.

Soggiorno durante il periodo di Natale. Zona molto tranquilla a pochi km da Umago (quello che cercavamo). Il servizio fornito da Petrina è stato oltremodo eccellente. Sempre disponibile e la colazione comprendeva tutto quello di cui c'era necessità. Sempre pronta ad offrirci quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Camere molto spaziose, e ben tenute.

Schöne Zimmer und tolles Frühstück
Feine kleine Frühstückspension, sauber, gemütlich und top Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin Petrina! Sie hat uns täglich mit einem tollen Frühstück verwöhnt! 😊
Hier gibt es nur Kleinigkeiten zu Erwähnen, die Dusche könnte mal eine neue Silikonfuge vertragen und der kleine Kühlschrank ist recht laut (haben ihn Nachts ausgesteckt) Fliegengitter wären vielleicht eine tolle Ergänzung 😉

La struttura si trova a pochi minuti dal centro di Umago facilmente raggiungibile, in una zona molto tranquilla. La signora è gentilissima e sa metterti a tuo agio. La colazione è abbondante e semplice ma con tutto ciò che serve. Rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto. Ambienti puliti.

Außergewöhnliches Frühstück frisch zubereitet von der Vermieterin. Eine super tolle Ausstattung.
Die Sauberkeit könnte ein bisschen besser sein und es sind kleine bauliche Mängel vorhanden.
