Absolutely the best view and Location and the price is great value , it’s a 15 minute easy walk if you want the main beni strip , it is basic but very clean , staff are very friendly, a continental breakfast is available if wanted , coffee is great but there’s plenty of bar/cafes outside if you need the full Monty experience, we had the sea view room. Wow what a view we couldn’t have wanted better .

No car Parking nearby but only a 7 minute walk away in the mercado multi story. So no big issue. We Had to leave the wife’s mobility scooter outside the front of the building as no storage facilities but night staff on so no worries and yes it was still there in the morning 😁. It’s a dated building but exceptionally clean .

Lovely little hotel in Benidorm Old Town

This is a great little hotel in Benidorm Old Town. We booked a room with a balcony and sea view. We loved it. The hotel had free wifi, kettle and fridge in the room as standard. We only stayed one night and didn’t have time for breakfast but we would definitely come back here and stay for longer.

A lovely short break in a beautiful hotel

I liked this small friendly hotel. The rooms are modernised with original doors to the room and balcony which l really liked. The coffee was amazing! Thank you! The view from the room was picturesque. There is a tea station in the rooms which I appreciated. Thank you for looking after me during my stay and I’ll hopefully be back soon.

Basic sea view room with balcony.

Great location.Comfy beds. Good air con. Friendly staff.lovely sea view.Really clean spacious room with bath and shower. .We arrived at 10.30am and even though check in wasn't until 2pm our room was ready .I would return.

Walls are quite thin so could be noisy. You could hear your neighbours next door. I always take ear plugs so didn't bother me and slept all night.

Room was clean and had air conditioning along with great facilities. It maybe a 1 star hotel but there was nothing 1 star about it. Strong 8 out of 10

A little hidden gem, two minutes from old town bars and restaurants, couldn’t have asked for more.

Views from balcony are the best in Benidorm. The cleanliness outstanding. Every member of staff were friendly and welcoming, nothing too much trouble .

Great family run hotel who can't do enough for you to make your stay the best it can be ,in a fantastic location .

Just little niggles like to use the kettle you had to move the tray or unplug the fridge and maybe a wifi booster is required for the top floors .

Location Location Location. The small hotel overlooks the harbour and a beautiful view out to the sea. It's worth paying extra for Seaview room. But having said that, it's a very reasonable price to stay in this hotel considering the location.

A kettle in the room would be a bonus. Also, a light on the outside balcony would be nice when sitting out at nite time.

Great place to enjoy peaceful time in Benidorm!

Sea view is excellent! The balcony is created for having breakfast, lunch and dinner there, enjoying the perfect view of sea and Benidorm. Room was very VERY clean, cleaned every day, kudos to maids. The hotel is quiet and locate in quiet place, to enjoy the natural sound of sea and seagulls.

Shower could be a little larger and I wish there will be daily replacement for shower gel.

Lovely

Family run & staffed with friendly & helpful staff. Fantastic views from the balcony of our room. Very continent for the Old Town, Harbour & beaches. Room was a little compact but very clean & cleaned daily and quite well laid out. Aircon is interlocked to the balcony door so you need to make sure it is fully closed if you intend to use. Plenty of choice of water related activities from the harbour including Jet Ski & boat hire, parascending & boat trips.

Taxi booked via site was unable to locate the hotel (dropped us off what turned out to be a couple of doors away). Not ideally signposted from the street (hanging sign just reads Hotel). Some of the staff had limited English but were very patient with my almost total lack of Spanish. No tea & coffee making facilities in the room but both are available from the bar downstairs.

The best view at the hotel

The beatiful Marina view , magic view on the 05th floor with lift , the Double room facing the Marina and the sea with whole Benidorm beach cost .

the bed was a little bit small , it looks a small double bed according to UK , big size double bed or king size for a couple will be great , also early morning , it was a noise coming from the marina doing some work . The breakfast was minimise , we had to take another breakfast outside . the staff were very helpful and welcoming . The hotel need an update for that best location .

Location was fantastic, central in old town. Close to all the essentials. Staff were very efficient and friendly, whole hotel was spotless. Views from the balcony were as shown. Will definitely be coming back.
