2nd time to stay, I will be back for a 3rd time, very good value for money.

The location is perfect, right in the old town,the beds were nice and big but very hard, we could hear a lot of door slamming. Very clean,very friendly staff, for the money we paid,it was ideal, we have stayed here twice now, however, if I return to the teremar I will request a balcony. But overall, I was very happy here.

Really great hotel for a group of people, great staff and everything we needed.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool area was also bigger than it looked on pictures, which is usually the other way around. The hotel was overall exactly what we needed.

The breakfast options were quite limited and not of the best quality. However, it did align with the value. The pool filter also didn't seem to work very well do the pool quickly became a bit dirty and full of bits.

Good location , 5 mins walk to the marina and poniente beach , very clean hotel , comfy beds , air con in bedrooms , double glazed balcony doors keep bedrooms quiet , modern bathroom, small pool with shady areas to sit in

Brilliant Hotel

I would highly recommend this lovely hotel situated in the old town but within walking distance to everywhere. Close to the tram and buses if you want to travel a bit further afield. The staff were all very friendly and helpful The cleaniness is exceptional. Really should be more than 2 stars.

Great hotel and perfect location

Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Rooms spotless and cleaned daily. Lovely pool view too. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Dog friendly so we found dogs were barking quite a bit. Pool was never cleaned in the 5 days we were there. Spanish breakfast not worth the €9 they charge. Also a small table should be provided on the balcony.

This hotel is in a brilla8nt location for the Old Town. The room was spotless and cleaned every day.

We ended up leaving and booking into another hotel. I hadn't realised the pool was tiny and was by the side of a road; my daughter felt very uncomfortable with buses going past, people looking over. Additionally, there are only 6 sun loungers, so forget getting one. The staff were, on the whole, dismissive and unfriendly, except the woman who worked behind the bar and a cleaner. There's an older receptionist who wins my award for being the rudest. If you are vegan or vegetarian, forget it. If you have a wheat intolerance, forget it. The food options for breakfast were all wheat based, ie bread, cake, cereal. There were boiled eggs, one type of sliced cheese and meat. There are no hot options.i asked for a tomato and was almost shouted at. The receptionist literally told me I shouldn't have booked there. The waiter finally got me a tomato to eat with a boiled egg. Dinner wasn't any better. Usually, I'd just try and make the most of it, but the awful pool area, disastrous food and rude staff polished me off and we went elsewhere.We stayed 1 night elsehwere and then returned, our friends helped us up to the room with our bags as I've got an injured knee, and I got an irate phone call telling me our room could only be occupied by us. That was the cherry on an awful cake, so we left and didn't return. Awful experience. Stay away.
