We were welcomed to the hotel by a very lovely blonde lady, she was so very nice.

Location was perfect, it got very busy from tourists visiting in the day but it was quieter in the evenings. The location of the hotel was perfect. Loved the view from our room and we were blessed with a fantastic shared balcony. I messaged the hotel prior to our stay and told them that it was my daughter’s 18th and the main thing for her was the view from the room. We were certainly not disappointed as the room we were allocated was perfect! The view, the balcony, the cleanliness, all spot on. We stayed in room 3 so we were also right next to the breakfast buffet in the morning which was nice. The staff were really friendly and very helpful with information about the ferries and the area. The bar served very nice Long Island ice teas! If we go back I would definitely stay there again.

It got very busy, even though we went off peak, so I imagine in the summer it’s crowded. It wasn’t clear when the hotel opened to eat out the front so we never ate at the hotel. Unfortunately the shower leaked out on to the tiles so we had to put towels down after showering to mop it all up. However our towels were changed daily so this wasn’t a major inconvenience to us. The bedroom and bathroom were a really good size and we were given twin beds despite not asking for them (I had told the hotel I was staying with my daughter). I’m not complaining about the twin beds as that was ideal. However, we did have to hunt for our nightwear on the second day as the staff had remade our beds and folded our pyjamas under our pillows. I was impressed that they didn’t put the extra pillow back on the bed after I’d taken it off (I only sleep with one pillow). We travelled around the lake via the ferry, it can be quite a trek when the fast ferries are not running.

Dreamy Bellagio

Absolutely delightful seafront hotel in Bellagio. Very romantic, fabulous views, even from the side window. Location not to be beaten and frankly in that price category a complete winner.

Arrival by car through the pedestrian zone is adventurous and maybe guests could be guided a little more. The restaurant is maybe not the best I've had in Italy, but with that location you don't really need to be

Really lovely hotel in a great location

Staff in this property are exceptional and could not have been anymore helpful. Gave us great advice re ferries, transport and visiting other towns . Also very nice lady at breakfast who was extremely efficient

The location and the view was stunning… the room was excellent really big and very neat and clean l. The staff was very professional and helpful.

No facilities such as the internet was at very low speed and there wasn’t any amenities ( bottles of water tea or coffee and a kettle )or even a mini bar at the room.

Wonderful stay in Florence hotel

Wonderful hotel! This is my second stay in the Florence hotel and I'll happily return again! Beautiful hotel in a very central location, very kind and helpful staff. Reach breakfast and a great restaurant. The rooms are beautiful, specious and very clean. I was lucky to have a room with a lake view. Wonderful experience, highly recommended! Special thanks to Gisel and Michela for the hospitality!

The hotel was great! The location could not be any better. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great too. We were surprised there were cooked items available at breakfast as well as continental. The whole stay was perfect!

Beautiful hotel in the best location in Bellagio. If you like quality furniture and paintings and class it is your place.

Internet was not working in my room and I had a conference call to make but I managed just with my own data. I think it was a problem that they later sorted.

Our stay at Florence Como Bellagio was absolutely magical. The hotel is tucked away in a peaceful spot just minutes from the charming streets of Bellagio. It was the perfect escape for a romantic trip. Our room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and offered a lovely view — ideal for enjoying quiet mornings together. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel truly cared for. We especially loved the delicious breakfast and the calm atmosphere of the hotel. Every detail felt thoughtful and intimate. Physically attached by Desk Staff!

The look of place was great. The overall design was great as well as the breakfast

I was physically attacked by the Staff this morning. If I were in the US a lawsuit would e forthcoming. I’ve never had such a horrible experience. It was obvious they don’t take responsibility for parking or giving directions. They then told we must move our vehicle because we were causing traffic after they saw where we parked. They then told me to parking in the public spaces marked in white or white & blue. They said they would register our vehicle with the authorities. As I walked 1.5km to my vehicle I found it had parking tickets. Obviously contrary to what I was told. I returned to ask why this had happened… the front staff said it was my fault I parked in the wrong place… too bad, with a smug attitude. I voice my complaint and he raised his voice and we both used a few expletives. He then came around the counter and attacked me grabbing me by my neck! I refrained from striking him as I have flight to catch and didn’t want to spend anytime in jail. So he obviously voice his anti-American sentiments and pushed me out the door. When I checked in they repeatedly complained out booking.com & how you don’t allow them to advertise there is no parking. They said you should never book here with a Car! I’m looking into what actions can be taken against this place. I hope you have better sense then putting future customers in harms way!

Great location, but room is a bit outdated.

Incredible location right near the ferry stop which made visiting other towns and getting back to Como on our last day a seamless experience. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful - they were always willing to answer our questions and were especially helpful for explaining the ferry schedule and best modes of transportation to get around Lake Como.

Room was very outdated and the bed wasn't the most comfortable.

Fabulous stay. Thankyou Paola!

The room and bathroom were fabulous. The breakfast setting gorgeous. You are right on the lake and so close to everything, especially the ferry and dining options. Above all, I must commend one particular staff member- Paola. She was the receptionist on the days I was there and she was incredible. She went out of her way to help when I was in urgent need of a dentist. Nothing was too much trouble for her despite it being a weekend. Thank you Paola! You are a credit to your hotel.
