We had such an exceptional stay here. The host was incredible — he gave us really valuable information regarding restaurants, activities, and just a better understanding of the area in general. The location was perfect, roughly a 10 minute walk from the ferry which made it really easy to travel around. The walk back is a little longer with all the stairs but definitely worth it to be a little removed from the crowds. The rooms have breathtaking views of lake como and they were equipped with everything we needed, most importantly a really comfy bed. If we ever have the opportunity to come back to lake como we would definitely stay here. Above all, so impressed by their hospitality!

Fantastic Stay in Bellagio
Best place I stayed on my 2 week/4 country European trip. Marco was an excellent host and kindly picked me up and dropped me off from the ferry dock. Gorgeous property with amazing views and a shortcut path to the heart of Bellagio. Spacious, comfortable room with nice shower. Breakfast provided in the morning was delicious. Would have loved to stay here longer.
Really nothing. Property is on a hill so the climb back up after spending time in the City Center would be steep. I ended up taking an uber back up.

An amazing stay!! Highly recommended
It was an amazing stay — everything was excellent and beautiful. Perfect location and the most wonderful hosts! Special thanks to Marco, who truly made a difference in our trip. It was our first time in Bellagio, and he went above and beyond to help us — even offering to pick us up, and when we decided to arrive directly, coordinating with our taxi driver to make sure we arrived safely. Both he and his brother were incredibly attentive, and the breakfast was just perfect. Highly recommend!

Amazing property with great hosts!
An excellent stay at Villa La Rosa! The hosts really make the stay here, Andrea and Marco went above and beyond throughout. We were kindly picked up and dropped off at the Bellagio ferry port despite awkward arrival and departure times. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, about everything from ferry times to local wine. If you’re able to try Andrea’s homemade lasagne I’d highly suggest doing so, the meal was served to us privately on our terrace whilst the sun set and was really delicious! Lovely pool with great views. As others have mentioned, there’s a steep staircase between the property and the main town but worth it for the views and in line with what you would expect in a mountainous region.
