Great pool area, clean nice spacious rooms, great hosts

The hotel is located in the upper part of Bellagio. The view from the rooms is breathtaking, with chairs facing Lake Como, and it is definitely a pleasure to start or end the day like that. Marco and Andrea, the owners, were charming and helped us with every question or request, including assistance with an unconventional arrival time. They were available to me for a problem that arose at the beginning of the trip (which was unrelated to them or the place). We received assistance from them during the hours and also at the end. The room was very pleasant, the shower was large, and the air conditioning worked very well, which helped a lot in the hot weather that prevailed during our stay (34 degrees Celsius).

There is nothing I can say that I liked less, but it is important to note that because of its location (and the beautiful view seen from the room), getting from it to the city center requires going up and down stairs and inclines, and the walk is not always comfortable for people who have difficulty.

The location was perfect and they were able to accommodate with parking, which is rare for this area. The staff was friendly and treated me and my friend kindly.

The property was in an excellent location, around half a mile outside Bellagio in an elevated position with fabulous views across lake como from the rooftop sun deck and pool area.

Nothing - it was perfect.
