It was a lovely property overlooking the lake.
There were over 200 steps to navigate to get to the town centre

A very nice lale view and spacious balcony terrace , very good breakfast , helpful host , quiet location still 10 min walk to Bellagio itself
Eggs would be better free , parking lots in high season are limited yet there are private parking facilities

The amazing views and tranquil side of Bellagio
Breakfast was limited and the restaurant was not open

Location was fantastic and parking just off the premises very convenient.
The room although clean was very dark and outdated. There was no restaurant open in the hotel this season although a buffet breakfast was served. This could be problematic for some who do not want to walk into Bellagio.
