Beautiful views and lovely staff

The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and extremely kind. The room had the most amazing view from the terrace. Staff was wonderful.

It is a bit of a haul from Bellagio, but the hotel offers a shuttle service for 7€ per day that works quite well, so not really a complaint

We would definitely recommend this hotel. To be on the safe side don’t book a non-refundable room.

The view from the hotel was exceptional The breakfast in the morning was very good.

Well we booked a non-refundable room and of course our flight was cancelled so we lost the first night. We only stayed one night but we’re charged for two nights. This was out of our control I feel we should be given at least a partial refund.

Wow views

You cannot beat the views. We had a thunderstorm in the evening and even that was awesome. The staff is very helpful.

Practically, there is no food. Going into town is a pain, either the expensive shuttle or impossible task to find parking.

The breakfast was outstanding. We were allowed to take it to our room patio to enjoy. The view from our room was breathtaking!

The only thing that could be added would be patio heaters in the evening. It got too chilly to enjoy the patio.

Lovely hotel with stunning views of Lake Como

This is a very nice hotel with stunning views of lake como. Food was good with choice of lunches available from lunch to evening. Hotel provides excellent shuttle service to Bellagio hourly for small fee. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. It states a 3 star hotel I would class as 3.5 to 4 star. All staff friendly and very helpful

If they offered a restaurant service, it would definitely be 4 star. Not the hotels problem but the road from Como to Bellagio is pretty scary.

Very romantic, breathtaking views

The member of staff that we often dealt with was a lady called Chiara, She was absolutely fantastic and went the extra mile for us on multiple occasions, even rescuing us from the town when we could not access any transport late at night. Chiara is a real asset to the hotel and deserves a lot of praise. Breakfast is very good with lots of choice and is also included in the price of the room. The views from the room are outstanding to say the least.

Magnificent views and lovely warm staff

Our room was squeezed in between two larger rooms with a very small balcony. An onsite full restaurant would have been a good feature to incorporate as existing arrangement was very limited

The location and all rooms, pool, dining facilities all overlook and have a magnificent view of the Lake. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Phenomenal spot. Location is outstanding. No better place and value for money was decent considering some of the Bellagio hotels are 4x the price.

This was a fantastic place to stay on Lake Como! I will be back!

The view is breathtaking -even better than the pictures. We loved the pool and the restaurant on site. Didn’t want to leave! Staff was FABULOUS. We had an issue getting an early taxi and Federika worked so hard to help us. We were so thankful for all the tips and the staff took a lot of time to make sure you had a good plan!

No restaurants nearby. The charging for the shuttle in and out of Bellagio when there are no restaurants seems like we were taken advantage of a little. There is some food on the property but not much.

Lovely and would return

Views from this property are absolutely stunning!! Every member of staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were kept clean and of decent size. Shuttle service is fantastic and a much needed addition to any stay here.

Some areas of the hotel were a bit run down and in need of upkeep for the price point. Only ate breakfast but found the variety limited but adequate.

Excellent staff and beautiful property

The property and room were stunning! What really blew us away was the staff—Valentina went above and beyond to help us out. She walked us to our room and personally acquainted us with everything, helped us plan our itinerary to the minute, thoroughly explained (the very confusing) ferry system, and was patient and kind throughout. Thank you!

Amazing location to celebrate our Honeymoon.

What a location, just WOW! A room with a view is precisely what it was, simply amazing. The staff were great, and the breakfast was fantastic. The shuttle service provided by the hotel at a small cost was invaluable, every hour to the beautiful town of Bellagio.

Great property away from the hustle of bellagio, a real gem

Lovely modern property, the rooms were great & recently renovated. Loved the location out of the village, one for the view, and two to get away from the crowds. We visited in low season when we were told it was quiet, but it was still too busy for us & we wouldn’t have wanted to stay in bellagio. They gave us a wonderful room with a separate space for our daughter to sleep in which was great (junior suite) & the staff were very attentive leaving her balloons & chocolates in her room which she loved. We breakfasted here (basic, but perfect for a light bite) and also had drinks & a meal on the terrace on our first day. It was lovely - and the staff couldn’t have done more to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable. It’s truly family owned & operated, and they want you to enjoy your time there. Thank you so much - Freya says she’s coming back when she’s of enough for a summer job!

I would imagine in high season you would need to be more organised in booking the shuttle bus to & from bellagio, which may take away the spontaneity of your holiday, but personally with a child we needed to be back for bedtime anyway!

Expensive and quite basic. Cold in the room

I stayed at a hotel near the Bellagio on Lake Como, and m the location was stunning with gorgeous lake views.

The room was disappointingly cold. The marble floors were freezing, and no slippers were provided, which made it uncomfortable to walk around. The staff were friendly, but I wish they’d addressed the heating issue more effectively. Hopefully, they’ll improve this for future guests.

A chic and modern boutique hotel at a location just outside of Bellagio, with a spectacular view of Lake Como. Nicely decorated room, very clean and quiet. Though it is not at the town centre, there is a shuttle service running frequently to and from the town centre. So it is not a problem. The hotel arranges additional shuttle service at busy hour too. Just plan your time and reserve the shuttle service. We stayed at a room with a balcony and an unblocked lake view. The 3-day stay has been most enjoyable, I would stay here again rather than staying in the town centre which doesn’t have such an amazing view. The staff has been most friendly. The hotel comes with a pool, an on-site kitchen which provide room service too. You can dine at the outdoor seats, enjoying the meal and the view. The room price is very reasonable as well. Absolutely wonderful experience staying at Borgo Le Terrazze. Book early to avoid disappointment.
