Seta Hotel

The owner was waiting for us to arrive and assisted with luggage. He walked me to the Pharmacy. All of the staff at Seta were kind and helpful.

Nothing

The room was ample size and very clean. The hotel was convenient to walk to other sites in Bellagio and a quick walk to the ferry station. The restaurant at the hotel was very good, and the provided breakfast was fantastic and in a beautiful outdoor setting.

Nicely located in Bellagio; staff was super helpful and nice; breakfast was also a good experience with fresh options, nice coffee and view/ambience; rooms were daily properly cleaned and utilities replaced:

The air extractor in the bathroom was really loud; the noise from the corridors was also annoying as we could often hear people talking outside (or maybe in other rooms?); too many small lights in the room that can't be turned off like telephone, mini bar, entrance and switches

The location was great - right in the historical centre. The room had everything we need. Breakfast was good. The staff was nice and gave us advice about restaurants, wine bars and places to visit - which were all really good

The whole building and our room felt very cheap. The walls and doors are very thin and you could hear everything, including noises from the reception (we were on 1st floor). The room itself was just overall awkwardly built, with all doors opening the wrong way around, the shower opening awkwardly and leaking in the bathroom, the bathroom fan cannot be turned off manually (you have to wait for it to turn off by himself), the lighting was not enough. The balcony is useless as it was facing the church wall, so the room was dark as well. We enjoyed our time in Bellagio but the room had no personality, it was very gray and uncomfortable and cheap - basically just a place to sleep in and nothing more. I also find it odd that they requested a credit card at check in even tho we paid online (I assumed in case we break stuff in the room) and they literally wrote down the card details on a piece of paper, which I'm not sure where they put. There's also no grocery store nearby but that's more of a Bellagio problem.
