Location and cleanliness shine through!

Location was superb and ideal for being central to everything. Shopping , restaurants and ferries. Bellagio is so beautiful and October was the ideal time to visit. Hotel location was very quiet at night to sleep as it’s just off the main busy areas. I loved the bells from the nearby church. Staff were very friendly and helpful and responsive when needed. Rooms were small but very clean with great daily room servicing. I absolutely loved the sheets, and the toiletries they felt very luxurious. It was a very good stay and I would be happy to return.

I was there for 7 nights and so it would have been great to have had a few different options for breakfast. I felt the hotel was good value but the dinner was quite expensive compared to other restaurants in the area that were of better quality in my view. I think the immediate surrounding vicinity of the hotel, and therefore the views from the balconies and ambience could be much improved with some tidying up, painting , paving and some planting would do wonders as it gives the impression of being on a bit of a building site where previous building has been demolished. I was on the top floor, which I think would be best, but all the rooms would have had similar views. I had read the reviews so was expecting this, but I would imagine this would be a bit disappointing if you were not expecting it. Don’t let this put you off though as the hotel rooms are nice. Bed was firm but you can get mattress toppers no problem, which I did and then bed was very comfortable, but that is personal preference. Overall though it is a good hotel and I would recommend.

The best feature of the hotel was its location to the lake, restaurants and shopping.

The breakfast was very good and served on the outdoor patio. The service was excellent.

The rooms were tiny even by European standards. Too few electric outlets. The towel rack/heater never worked properly even after several requests to management to fix it.

Great location idea stay for a short break

Property was centrally located, newly updated with everything very clean. Bed and pillows were comfy. Tea and coffee in the room along with complementary water each day and a 2 x small bottles of Prosecco on arrival. Staff were very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was good.

The room beautifully decorated and furnished but just a bit on the small side. Bathroom needed a sliding door rather than one that opened into the bathroom to make more space.

Location, staff, overall quality, helpfulness. I can't rave enough about Hotel Seta. We brought our wedding party to the restaurant for drinks after the wedding and everyone was jealous. Nothing bad to say about this place.

Honestly nothing. My fiancee and I are very tall so the only thing I can think of, would be the room size but given how nice it is and how everything stowed away under the bed, I can't even complain about that.

Best start to our Italy Vacation

The staff are so kind and generous from start to finish. They were able to help us with all our questions and even organised a boat and dinner reservation on our behalf. The property is located in an ideal spot to explore Bellagio. I thought it was definitely great value for what the hotel has to offer in terms of location.

The best hotel for its value!

The hotel is private and quiet, and is close to everything in Bellagio. We were there to celebrate my friend's birthday, and the staff surprised her with a pancake "cake" with a candle, and left a balloon arrangement with a card in the room. The ladies at the front desk were so lovely and helpful with our questions. The breakfast was excellent!

Very nice hotel! Great breakfast with a view. Perfect location in Bellagio. Room has small but nice -complimentary water and coffee was great.

Only thing I’d change is to have a double duvet instead of 2 single duvets for a double bed.

The room was small but very comfortable and super clean. The hotel is in an incredible location and despite being in the city center, there is parking available. We also loved the breakfast as we could pick from cold and warm menu items and got delicious croissants. Staff was super kind and attentive! Would highly recommend the hotel!

A great stay in the heart of Bellagio

We had an excellent experience at Seta Hotel in Bellagio. The room was small but very clean, everything felt new, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We really appreciated the coffee machine in the room, and also the complimentary prosecco offered uppon arrival. We also received free bottled water from the hotel every day. Breakfast was also very good and served on the hotel’s terrace. But the biggest highlight was definitely the central location, perfect for exploring Bellagio on foot. It was also very close to the ferry terminal, making it easy to take day trips to other towns along the shores of Lake Como. Overall, a great value for money. Highly recommended!

Comfortable, very good value for money

Very nice location, nice room and also came with complimentary prosecco, coffee, water and everything that you need in the bathroom. Breakfast was great (a la carte), and staff was nice. Only downside was that there was construction work on one of the mornings.

A charming hotel in the heart of Bellagio!

I had a great stay at Seta Hotel! The room was nicely decorated, very clean, and had a charming little balcony that got the afternoon sun. The staff were also really helpful and the location was fantastic. Breakfast with a view of the lake was definitely a nice touch.

The only issue I had was that noise travelled from bathroom to bathroom through the ventilation fan duct (muffled conversations, music, etc). This could be solved though by closing the bathroom door before bed so that you didn’t get woken up early by people getting ready for their day.

Exceptional stay at Bellagio

The Seta Hotel is a small boutique hotel in Bellagio and you feel it from the moment you make your reservation. Extremely friendly staff, perfect communication before our arrival and during our stay. The hotel is located in the ZTL zone, but has a convenient parking lot. A stylish, modern and spotlessly clean room, high quality complimentary toiletries, mineral water and coffee. A tasty breakfast served in the restaurant overlooking the lake. A delicious food and good selection of wine in the restaurant. Thank you all for the nice birthday surprise!

Lovely, cozy, clean and comfortable

The property is in excellent conditions, really well kept; clean and comfortable beds and pillows. I hope they continue taking care of the place. Fabulous breakfast and awesome dinner, one of the best food ever. The staff is super friendly and they offer a very good service.
