Truly wonderful … on another level
Location, staff very knowledgeable and friendly, food in restaurant for dinner, the spa is a gem, very clean, went to efforts to provide bikes. However, the views … oh my word the views … magical.

A nearly perfect place to stay on Lake Como.
This was our second time staying at this hotel. We would not consider staying any place else in Bellagio. The hotel is perfectly located near the ferries to other towns on Lake Como. There are plenty of excellent restaurants within easy walking distance.. The facilities are beautiful. The rooftop bar and lounge provides a wonderful view of the lake. While we did not use it on this visit, the spa is wonderful, with excellent facilities, providing a great place to relax.. Rooms are very comfortable and immaculately clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would especially recognize Chiara on the front desk who always greeted us warmly and made sure our stay was wonderful. We look forward to returning many times in the future.

The location is great. The spa was a surprise - well thought out and I visited almost everyday.
The staff at breakfast felt less experienced. But they were friendly enough.

Perfect place to stay in Bellagio
Excellent location on the lake front, close to the shops, close to the ferries and a nice place to walk around. Very comfortable. Great breakfast. Fully recommend.
