this apartment was in an excellent location. it was clean, roomy and the staff was great! i stayed in the double bed room with a sofa and the sofa served as a nice second bed option. the breakfast was light fare but it got the job done (fruit, morning cake, meat and cheese, yogurt, coffee).

Incredible view, fabulous location, exceptional staff

We had booked a room with lake views. It exceeded our expectations. The location was right in the heart of Bellagio. The breakfast each morning was generously portioned and we ate at the apartment restaurant twice … it was so good! The staff were next level friendly and helpful. They even packed us a takeaway breakfast on our early departure morning. Exceptional service. We would stay here again!

Getting the luggage to the property then up the stairs was difficult. Two thing’s didn’t work: the extractor hood above the kitchen stove and one of the lights above the bathroom sink.

AN ABSOLUTE GEM!!

We absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Bellagio. The atmosphere was so charming. The staff could not be any better, Michele welcomed us and was there with a smile the whole time of our stay. The apartment is part of The Antixo Pozzo restaurant below which happens to be one of the best restaurants with amazing food, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Breakfast in the morning was in the restaurant and set up very elegantly and absolutely delicious. The girl serving us (I didn’t get her name) was so sweet and lovely. She remembered that I was gluten free after the first day and happily catered to that. I cannot say enough about our stay and very highly recommend it. We would go back in a heartbeat. One other thing, the communication with Andy was great. So kind and friendly and so clear and concise with regards to parking and finding the place. My messages were answered immediately and he was always one step ahead to make sure everything went smoothly.

A great accomodation choice to visit Lake Como!

Loved the location, in the heart of Bellagio close to everything. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Everything was great overall. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the room’s interior decoration. The space has so much potential to be truly exceptional, and it would be wonderful if the decor matched the stunning surroundings. As it is, the interior feels a bit out of sync with the charm and beauty of the environment outside. But still a great accomodation choice to visit Lake Como!

Lovely studio in the heart of Bellagio. Comfortable bed, great shower, very clean room and nicely decorated. Location was fantastic. Check in and out was very clear and smooth. Will be happy to stay again

WiFi not great Kitchen needs to have more essentoal equipment. For example there was no pan to prepare an omelette.

A clean, roomy, and comfortable stay we both enjoyed.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, and a great location in the heart of Bellagio. The A/C was particularly pleasant when returning after a hot day outdoors. Everything for check in and check out was smooth and well explained. Surprisingly quiet despite being close to the adjoining restaurant.

The city tax was cash only, which is a minor inconvenience when I was able to pay the city tax by card at other Italian locations. I wish it was more clearly stated that breakfast is available upon request but the evening before.

perfect accomodation in Bellagio in a top spot!

The staff were all amazing. They helped us with our luggage when we got there. The apartments are attached to an excellent restaurant Antico Pozzo which we dined at 3 out of our 4 nights when we were in Bellagio. Centrally located! In one of the best streets. But there was no noise from the restaurant that we could hear. And I have to say Marco and the team at the restaurant and all of the communication I received from Andy prior to arriving was first class. Nothing was too much effort. I’d highly recommend both the apartments as accomodation for your stay and the restaurant for lunch or dinner!

Clean and equipped with modern amenities. Location was great but very difficult to reach with luggage and they offer zero help with luggage. Apartment is in the middle of the market so easy access to shops, restaurants, lake and ferry station.

No view from the room windows. Very Limited options in breakfast for vegetarian guests. They give croissants and buns prepared from last night. No one from staff to help with the luggage. One has to drag luggage across the hill or use hundreds of stairs.

Location was fantastic, a few meters up from the quayside just open the curtains to a stunning view of Lake Como. All staff were so friendly and helpful, and the owner’s information and being close by to help if needed is a real bonus. The restaurant offers a great dinner menu, and if required you can book your breakfast with them too - our evening meal was faultless and delicious.

Very nice location, and the room was great. A/C worked great to keep room cool for a good night's sleep. Had a kitchenette with a gas stove for heating coffee water, sink, dishes if needed, and fridge. Everything worked great. A restaurant was downstairs, but we didn't utilize this. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Would stay again.

Great apartment!

The location is perfect! You’re right in the middle of Bellagio. It was nice that we didn’t have to walk much with our luggage from where the taxi dropped us. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. There were usb and usb-c plugs in the wall to charge our phones. This was very practical since we only had one adapter for European outlets. The wifi was great, I had zoom calls with no problems.

We had a very quick, easy, friendly check in. The location is amazing right in the centre. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here.

There was nothing to dislike, we would have liked 2 pillows each in the double room but I'm sure if we had asked, they would have provided extra for us.

We recently stayed at the Antico Pozzo Apartment and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive ensuring that everything was perfect. Breakfast was included in the booking price and offered a nice selection of continental breakfast items. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

just few steps from the ferry port, right in the center of the city, very cute restaurant,best breakfast, staff was amazing very helpful, one of the staff from the restaurant (didn’t catch his name with short black hair) helped us with the luggage up the stairs and the next day helped us w booking tickets for the ferry, he was amazing , they let us leave our suitcases in the storage after checkout , definitely will recommend this property

Friendly, comfortable place to stay in a convenient but quiet location.

Location was great! We really enjoyed the restaurant. Staff was very helpful especially with moving baggage in and out.

Room was a third-floor walk up. A little difficult for one of us who is an amputee also with recent knee replacement. But very good exercise!

Bellagio

The location was very central. You can access the apartments by the stairs from the lakefront or go around to the left and use the cute street. The check-in was taken care of by the restaurant staff and was smooth. They kept our bags after check out, which was nice.

The noise from the restaurant. Our room faced the restaurant patio, and the chatter and service were loud. The setup started each day at 6.30 with chairs being dragged around. This was every morning. At night the noise ended when the restaurant closed at 11pm. There are only sheer curtains on the patio facing windows, so the light from the alley shines in brightly all night. If you're a light sleeper, this could be a problem.

Great location, big room with a very well equiped kitchen ( stayed 1 night, didn’t use it, but everything looked perfect for a longer stay), friendly stuff. We checked in early ( the room was already prepared at 10.30 am). Breakfast was included and because we checked out too early, they prepared it to go. Thank you guys
