Awesome location just short 5 mins walk from the ferry terminal. We had a full view of the lake which was amazing and the hotel staff went the extra mile to leave a lovely card to wish us Happy Anniversary as I had told them we were celebrating our anniversary.

Excellent location with a parking garage option available.

Excellent location in the heart of town. Convenient parking is available through the hotel in a local parking garage, a few blocks away (€25/day). If you have luggage, they will give you a pass to drive into the ZTL to unload, there is no way to drag your luggage from the parking garage to the hotel. They warn you about the 35+ steps you must climb with your luggage to get to the hotel, I didn’t find that to be a problem; I’m 70 years old. The hotel has an elevator to get to your room. Very friendly desk clerk. Adequately sized room, very comfortable double bed and pillows. WIFI, TV, refrigerator, desk with chair, closet with safe, luggage rack, numerous electric outlets with USB ports. A/C is controlled by the front desk for each room; they will adjust the temperature if you ask. There is a very nice outside patio area for breakfast, or inside seating as well.

The breakfast buffet was minimal with a limited choice of items. The bathroom was very small, I couldn’t sit on the toilet straight because my knees would hit the sink.

Location is great but difficult for older people as it is up on the hill so you need to climb 38 steps. Just a standard hotel. Did have a bit of a view, over the front houses roofs

No fridge in rooms, you need To go down to dining room if you need a drink of water. Climbing up & down, being Ill & not being able to breathe properly made it difficult.

Good value for money, excellent location

Considering the high price in Bellagio, Hotel Bellagio has a great value for money. Location is excellent, the room is simple but clean and functional. Towels are great, soft big and a large amount provided. The room is clean daily. Staff is friendly and very helpful

Beautiful views of Lake Como

We stayed on the 4th floor, which had the most amazing view. The window opens remotely, giving you an unobstructed view of the lake. We were planning on staying only one night, but decided to extend our stay since we loved the hotel so much. They also have happy hour at their sister hotel on the rooftop deck. Again, stunning views.

The location can’t be beat. So convenient to restaurants and the ferry but up an alley so quiet. Breakfast patio was pretty and breakfast staff were so sweet.

Location was superb right in the middle of Bellagio, despite carrying luggage up the steps to hotel. Hotel was clean, bright and service exceptional & very responsive. Photo’s on booking.com need to be updated as the photos don’t do justice.

Perfect for romantic getaway!

We stayed for our anniversary and it was a total dream! The view was breathtaking, as we wanted, the location was exeptional and staff was very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and have recommended this place to all our friends!

A bit more fresh items for breakfast would be nice, but that was not a major deal, breakfast staff was very friendly and we still enjoyed our coffees and croissants.

A perfect getaway at Hotel Bellagio

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bellagio. Rooms were clean and beautiful with amazing views of the lake. The location, the view, and the comfort of the hotel were outstanding. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, and the server serving breakfast was very professional and friendly. It truly was a magical experience.

It was a little pricey for the rooms. Breakfast selection was limited. There could be a wider choice of breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bellagio. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Bellagio and just steps from the main port, making it easy to explore other towns around Lake Como by boat. If you’re booking, I highly recommend upgrading to a lake view room. The views are breathtaking and add a romantic, memorable touch to the stay—definitely worth the extra cost. A fantastic choice for anyone visiting Lake Como!

View from the room. The location that is very close to ferry pier and easy to walk around the city.

Cobblestone steps - where guests need to carry luggage by their own. Not suitable for big luggage. Driving through ZTL during a peak hours is not a nice experience. Would be good if the hotel can share maps in advance to show clear direction where to drop luggage before going to the carpark or have staffs to help with luggage carrying through multiple cobblestone step.

charming hotel. very helpful staff , breakfast good. pity no restaurant for dinner as wasnt impressed by the food at sister Hotel du Lac. Our room had electronic panoramic windows overlooking the lake which was superb ( if pricey)
