A true hidden gem in Bellagio — exceptional comfort, stunning views, and a stay we would happily repeat without hesitati

We opted for the apartment option, which is separate from the main building, and it turned out to be a hidden gem. The location was fantastic, offering beautiful lake views, within walking distance to the center, and with the added convenience of private gated parking. Although we were initially skeptical due to its affordability, the stay exceeded all expectations. The apartment was fully heated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed — from a coffee machine to complete bathroom amenities. The private garden and cozy living area were perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The lady who welcomed us was extremely kind and helpful, giving us a detailed tour and clear instructions on how to use the apartment and access the gates.

The apartment style was slightly old-fashioned; however, for us this was actually a positive point, as it gave the place a charming local feel and authentic atmosphere.

It is a small nice hotel, it was clean and there was a parking (paid separately). Location was okay (15 mins from the old town and the ferry).

Extremely unfriendly lady at reception. Bed and pillow not very comfortable.

Quaint B&B not too far from downtown Bellagio

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and overall it was a good experience. The view from our patio was beautiful, the breakfasts were very tasty, and it was a convenient walk (if you don't mind stairs) to downtown Bellagio. It was a very pretty and quaint place to stay!

The mattress was extremely firm and uncomfortable, and it was hard for us to get quality sleep. Most everything else about the property was great, but not getting a good night's sleep was the biggest downside. I'd recommend to the property they get new mattresses.

Brilliant location on the quiet side of Bellagio

Great view from the balcony and on the quiet side of town, definitely more locals. Great value for money, clean and aircon worked well.

There are a lot of stairs to get to the property from the Bellagio port but it’s not too long. Well worth it to get the quiet side of town and the view!

A great B&B with everything needed for a pleasant stay, plus a beautiful balcony!

The room was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. The room was quite small but that didn’t bother us, small bathroom which was clean and a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake. Town was a short 10 months walk (lots of stairs) and about 15mins to the ferry port. I would definitely recommend this B&B and stay here again!

Enjoyed.

It was good for our stay. We had to pay to park which was additional and not in with the price. We had a quiet night but the other two rooms were kept awake by noisy guests above.

Nice stay in Bellagio

Nice place for a short stay. The location is in a quieter residential area, though a bit far from the center. The room and bathroom were both spacious, and everything was very clean and tidy. Pre-arrival information was clear and detailed. Given the prices in the area, it offered good value.

It can be a bit difficult to reach the hotel if you have a luggage since it is on the opposite side of the town from the center and ferry terminal and all the shortcuts involve lots of stairs. The soundproofing between the rooms is poor, so even though the area is quiet, it doesn’t guarantee a good night’s sleep. The reception staff could be more friendly and welcoming. I often felt like I was bothering them just by walking by, and it seems I’m not the only one who had that impression.

Clean and cosy apartment

The b&b was in brisk 10 minute walk to restaurants and the lake. We had a lovely lady Franca check us in, she said she was just filling in which was great for us because she was amazing. She gave us easy instructions on where to park, and how to get in and out of the apartments. The room was very clean and tidy, we had a lovely room overlooking the garden with shutters to open for fresh breeze. Our stay was great!

Easy spot to get to from the ferry, about a 10 minute walk or bus trip up the road. Clean small space, with air conditioning and everything you need for a little stay. We were happy with everything!

The host checking us in and out was very unfriendly, but the staff member who was there out of office hours was fantastic. She helped with first aid when one of us slipped on the stairs and was generally very nice.

Solid Bellagio house option for families, 20 minutes walk to center

We stayed at the house nearby their main B&B location so good set up for families. Solid quiet location away from main tourist area. Nice outdoor patio area. There are good local supermarkets nearby. Solid value for the space.

Not too bad, but about a 20 minute walk with a steep hill to main tourist area and ferry stop. Only a couple restaurant choices within 5-10 minute walk, otherwise need to drive or go into main area. House interior was a bit older and dark, but otherwise good for families.

Comfortable, afforadable, quiet, cozy little spot! Would recommend!

Comfortable, cozy, affordable, quiet little spot. Great for those traveling without a car, we took a train from Milan Central to Lecco. Then a bus to Bellagio and the bus stop was a short walk away. It is a bit of a walk to the main area (10-15min) with a lot of stairs. But, we didn’t mind the walk and it had great photo opps.

The room was small, we wished there was more natural light and a balcony, but we knew what we were getting when we booked the room.

Very difficult to walk to as streets were river rock and damaging for suitcase wheels. Many steps up and down. No taxi service.

Very nice balkong, nice virw. We had breakfast there. Nice with possibility ro buy wine, beer or drinks to a good price. Always served with some chips. Very clean and well look after. Nice restaurant only a few steps away in the harbour

Really enjoyed our time in bellagio, nice clean, spacious apartment, only five minutes walk to town..

Not a criticism, just a thought 🤔 if the one small tree in front of the seating area outside apartment was cut back a bit, you would have even more stunning views , didn't take away from our stay, views are still amazing, to the left and right of tree....

Lovely and homely, wine to buy in hotel was cheap. Great swim spot 2 minutes walk away with amazing views.

Air conditioning was €10 per day which we thought was a little pricey. No fridge in room. If you are unfit don't stay here as its quite an uphill hike into the centre, although I managed it at age 56!!

Good for a short stay

Short walk to Bellagio town, responsive staff and optional breakfast was available at additional charge. Rooms were clean and had a balcony.

Room size was on the small side, meaning it could get cramped when opening larger sized bags, but good enough for a short stay. Parking in the garden comes with an additional charge per night. There is no lift on the property, but this wasn’t an issue for us.

Lovely location. Lovely balcony with lake view. No breakfast room but given choice of delivered to room or in the pretty garden area. We had it delivered to room and had it on the balcony.

we had a balcony room looking over the lake which was wonderful. about a 15 minute walk to town.

small bathroom and if you wanted air conditioning it was an extra 5 euros a day. we did not need air conditioning since we were there in October but I would imagine it would get hot in the summer.
