Our room did not have a balcony or view, but it was large and clean and right next to the breakfast room. Very short walk to the nearby private green space with beautiful views of Lake Como. Very nice, helpful staff.

The property is lovely. It’s modern and very clean. Staff is great. Beautiful terrace with a stunning view. Breakfast delicious.
Negative- it is situated off of a very steep incline. It’s .7 miles uphill from the ferry dock. You can take a bus and get dropped closer to the guest house, but there still is quite a walk from the bus stop. Also, there isn’t a place on the bus for luggage. Warning - there aren’t taxis or Ubers in Bellagio. There are only private car transfers that need to be pre-arranged. Most don’t want to deal with such a short transport.
If you have mobility issues or are getting on in years, I would not recommend this location. It would be better to stay closer to the ferry dock where the terrain is flatter.

Property was too far from the Bellagio center especially when walking uphill. Can be difficult walking uphill if you have health limitations.
