Our room did not have a balcony or view, but it was large and clean and right next to the breakfast room. Very short walk to the nearby private green space with beautiful views of Lake Como. Very nice, helpful staff.

The hotel is nice, clean, quiet, and modern, but it took us 25 min walking uphill from the city center to reach it. Nothing to see around it. The shower cabin was leaking, so there was a lot of water on the floor. The breakfast was basic. We ordered omelet, and we had to pay for it when checking out - it was a surprise. I would look for another place next time.

The property is lovely. It’s modern and very clean. Staff is great. Beautiful terrace with a stunning view. Breakfast delicious. Negative- it is situated off of a very steep incline. It’s .7 miles uphill from the ferry dock. You can take a bus and get dropped closer to the guest house, but there still is quite a walk from the bus stop. Also, there isn’t a place on the bus for luggage. Warning - there aren’t taxis or Ubers in Bellagio. There are only private car transfers that need to be pre-arranged. Most don’t want to deal with such a short transport. If you have mobility issues or are getting on in years, I would not recommend this location. It would be better to stay closer to the ferry dock where the terrain is flatter.

Property was nice but alittle hard to find. Clean room, needs full length mirror they did not have 1. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was ok. Walking distance to center but alot of stairs!! Bring good shoes! All and all a pleasant stay.

Received a wonderful welcome when checking in. The bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was basic but very much appreciated. I especially enjoyed the view in the outdoor setting area while eating my breakfast and the communal fridge where you can store drinks and food. The location was ideal but the walk up the hill will test some less mobile people. Great value for money.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the property was gorgeous. The location is conveniently located near a bus stop and around 20 minutes from the downtown area. It is very hilly so be prepared for that!

We had a lovely stay, just for a couple of nights. The apartment was just what we needed, a good size and the views from the garden were lovely. The hosts had breakfast set up outside each morning, so we could look at the view, which was great. The apartment is up a bit of a hill, but it isn’t too bad and the short cut into town is not very long, so a nice walk. Free parking on the street right outside. Felt very safe.

We had a wonderful 2 nights at this hotel. Irene was so friendly and helpful from start to finish. Our room at a lovely view of the lake and the breakfast terrace also had a great view. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bellagio and the surrounding area

Great location, beautiful view of lake from their garden. Short walk into town. Nice size room. My only negative is the WIFi was not the greatest in my room so had to go downstairs if I wanted to download anything. My friend had no issues with the Wi-Fi in her room. Breakfast was fine, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cheese, bread, coffee, fruit. Would definitely stay there again if I were in the area.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. From the ferry, we suggest you use mainly roads, rather than paths up the mountain if you have luggage. The walking paths have uneven steps and are quite quaint when just going for a stroll. We felt welcomed the moment we walked into this homelike hotel. Our room had a balcony with a nice view of the hillsides and lake from above. There were two nice supermarkets within walking distance which had nice selections of cheese, wine, and crackers. The breakfast was delicious with its typical Italian breakfast of pastries, meats, cheeses, fruit juice, yogurt, and coffee or hot chocolate choices. You could order an egg, but what was out was plenty to eat and displayed nicely. The bed was comfortable and the shower great. Even in winter we found this a very nice stay.

Clean and comfortable room, we booked with a balcony but it wasn’t necessary as didn’t have any great view. The short cut to walk into town was useful and saved us driving. We booked as it was the closest and most reasonable place we could book close to bellagio, it was everything we needed. Service was friendly and breakfast was simple but all we needed.

My husband and I only stayed for one night while visiting Lake Como in late October. This is low season so some businesses are already closed for the season. The property is about a 20 minute walk from the ferry stop, and it’s all uphill. However, once you get there they do give you a short cut, but it’s still quite a walk and mostly stairs. That said, the room was very clean, exactly what we needed. Probably the best shower we had while in Italy, as far as the water pressure and temperature, although it is very small. The breakfast included is very nice, typically Italian breakfast. They made us our cappuccinos to order and has some croissants and delicious pastries.

It was located near city center in Bellagio. We would walk through the fragrant jasmine scented walk to the main road and into town. We also had a wonderful breakfast which was included. Room was very clean and neat, breakfast was downstairs and was lovely and very good. I would stay there again!

This was a great place to stay for a couple nights. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet and safe, and sparkling clean. Our small room had a private deck with a gorgeous view over the countryside. We walked everywhere. The Melzi botanical gardens and historic lakeside villa, were our favorites - beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. We also enjoyed the two ancient churches in town. Bellagio was crowded with people so we were glad the property is up the hill away from it all, but still within easy walking distance. And for the safe parking outside the front door! Thanks for a delightful stay!

My husband and I stayed for just 1 night. For what we needed for 1 night this location was perfect. The welcoming service was great, the room and bathroom are spacious enough, and the location is a 15-20 minute walk from the ferry terminal and where all the shops/restaurants are. Even if we had to stay multiple nights this would have been a good enough place.
