Miralago B&B and Apartments

Great location. Room was very clean. Would have been good to have had a kettle and 2nd mirror other than in the bathroom. Host could have been a little more welcoming.

It was a cute property. Staff was business like. Room was clean and comfortable. Garden is pleasant. My only complaint is if you do not have a car, this place can be quite inconvenient to be in as there are many stairs to get into town

The room was small, but clean as you expect in the European B&B. Breakfast was nice served in the courtyard. Location from Town was difficult lots of steps or a long walk on the road. The staff could’ve been a little more welcoming. There was an extra charge for air-conditioning. The parking would’ve been good. Had we had a car

Friendly host, safe parking space in the garden for an extra cost. Small rooms with nice balcony. Comfortable bed and modern bathroom. A 10 min walk uphills to Bellagio.

Beautiful place, clean and great location. So picturesque with the balcony and water view. They provided a map with directions on how to get there from the ferry to avoid stairs. I would recommend this option if you also have a suitcase. I would definitely come back!

Will be good if warm drinking water is available in common area.

If you have heavy luggages and plan to walk from the ferry terminal, it’s going to be very difficult. Staff were not friendly.

Lovely place with a great view of Lake Como, however the staff always looked very angry and we didn’t feel very welcome. It was a lot of signs telling you things you were not allowed to, like “don’t bleed in the bed or you’ll pay”. That was a bit weird I think.

Miralago was located in a quiet area were we could enjoy the landscape around us. It was very clean, comfortable and the views from the balconies and the garden are amazing! We will be back!

Very nice B and B, although we didn’t have breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Only downside was it is quite noisy (could hear the man next door yawning and flushing the chain) and a bit of a trek to the Bellagio prom area. Not too far, but lots of steps. It was fine for us but maybe not for a much older couple?

Cute hotel, very clean, breakfast is good and reasonably priced. Its well located as well, around 15 mins walk to downtown. The hotel has a cute garden and sitting area which is nice. I would recommend :)

Lovely hotel with a decent location in Bellagio. It’s pretty far away from any local transport such as ferries and is disconnected with some steep hills. Otherwise wonderful surroundings. The room was cozy and welcoming. Nothing complimentary through.

The B&B was okey, but de owners were not friendly or helpfull. They did not let us feel welcome. There where a lot of extra cost, like: car parking space, breakfast, airconditioning but the location was very nice.

Out of the way of the busy streets but with a view of the lake and mountains. Very peaceful and relaxing

It was a very nice property away from the hustle and bustle, but then a little bit of a walk to get to the busier places if you wanted to go there.

Only a short walk from arriving with the ferry and we had a great stay. We felt very welcome and the room was very nice!

Unavoidable in this area, but a steep hill to climb every trip out. Private, secure, a simple but very efficient tea/coffee/ice service. Bfast okay and delivered to room at no extra charge. I would like a king size bed as double a bit short. Like all Italian service, it was not very friendly. (The staff were clueless where we were from or anything else about us).

The property was very clean, location very walkable into town gorgeous views everywhere.

The woman that 'greeted' us was probably the most horrible,vile person I have ever dealt with at a hotel. Our trip in Italy up to that point was filled with joy and lovely people. What a shock it was to have to deal with Cruella deVille. We arrived at the hotel a little early so asked if we could store our bags until the room was ready. Absolutely not! It was very, very hot and as it had said on the booking : "Optional extras: Air conditioning fee: EUR 5 per night" we said we would like the air conditioning. She said "No - the air conditioning is broken. But it is cold here at night. I sleep with blankets up to my neck. If you wanted air conditioning you should have checked that box" Guess what? There is no such box on the booking site for their hotel. Then she said. I have a two bedroom instead of your two rooms but only one bathroom and no view. We really didn't want that but would have if she bothered to say it had air conditioning. That night and the next were so hot that I thought I would die. Certainly didn't need a "blanket up to my neck"! Not only that but the bed was like a cement brick. No matter how I turned I could not get comfortable. My traveling companion, who has some hip problems thought she was going to have to go to the hospital the next day she was in such pain from her bed. There was also the most distasteful notice on the back of the door, written in red about not bleeding on the sheets. Worst accommodations ever!!!! I would rather have slept in the car.

The room and place was very nice and convenient to walk to town and water. The granddaughter was super friendly and offered us glasses for our wine and grandmother was very accommodating as well.

Summary of our stay at one of the apartments:We were given a different apartment than we had confirmed, but the owner, rudely, denied this was the case.The ‘welcome’ from the female host was cold and more like we were an inconvenience than paying customers.The ‘lake view’ was only visible from the bedroom, not the bed though and largely obscured by a tree (see photos)The kitchen area had no natural light and the living room had old, outdated furniture and a completely impractical layout (small sofa with a dining table and four chairs between that and the TV)The second twin room (unnecessary for us luckily), is in the basement and down a steep flight of stone stairs.We weren’t provided any basics for a self catering stay. A dishwasher, but no tablets, a coffee machine, but no pods, washing up sponge, but no drying up cloth. When they have a sign up saying they’ll charge €30 if you don’t clean everything and return it to the cupboard before check out then perhaps providing some materials to do that properly would be appreciated?! The bed is very uncomfortable, sagging in the middle and the pillows were like rock. The outdoor furniture was either covered in debris or so old and rickety it felt risky using it.If you are looking to stay somewhere welcoming and comfortable with decent customer service then choose another local establishment and avoid this one.I could say a lot more, but there’s a character limit for reviews!

Francesca is so mean. Older lady working there is nicer. Did not feel like I was respected or appreciated for my business. Much better off in a larger hotel with friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff.

A very nice location away from the main centre of Bellagio. Great views of the Lake and nice and peaceful location.

Beautiful view, quite. The rooms are small but very clean. The Bed was hard, and a little uncomfortable. A very nice place.

Beautiful hotel with the best view, a short walk away from town. Breakfast served in the room to enjoy om the terracce, with magnificient views. Highly recommended!

Well located, bucolic and it looks like renew. Unfortunately single glazes windows are still on site therefore you ear every single noized outside.
