So many positive things to say about this hotel. The staff were incredible. They were extremely helpful and professional. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The grounds were beautiful and the view from our room spectacular. I would highly recommend to all my friends.

We absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we got there Laura and all the staff made sure every wish and need we had was looked after. Laura provided a very thorough briefing when we checked in about not only the rental but also about all the local places to see and eat at. All make marked on a very convenient map for us. She arranged transportation as well. We stayed in the unit with a lakefront view and it did not disappoint. Was just gorgeous. I would highly recommend this property. Thanks so much for everything Laura!

This was a magnificent find! Very small and quaint, with exceptional service. It is off the beaten path, and about 15 minute walk from crowded, bustling Bellagio. Much of the hike is uphill and on stairs, so beware of carrying luggage. Taxis are hard to find, and our host was kind enough to drive us to an early ferry upon departure (for a fee). Definitely recommend a room with a balcony. We didn’t include breakfast, but added a couple during our stay. Lovely to have in the garden, but pretty pricey. This was an oasis, and the extra steps justified more gelato!

Charming is an absolute perfect description of this Boutique Hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. They made you feel cared for. Food was good and service was excellent. I will stay here again for sure. Sincerely Kathy Coya

We liked the hotel. Representatives tried the best to help you. Location is OK, but it took a bit longer to get to the center of the town. The building is relatively new and clean, but some equipment does not work 100%.

The accommodations were highly satisfactory. The staff - especially Yasmine - was extraordinarily pleasant, helpful and patient with our changing travel needs. We would definitely choose the Charming Bellagio Hotel for any return trip to Lake Como.

Very clean. Small but very good shower. Lots of hot water. A bit of a walk to downtown Bellagio. Excellent breakfast eggs, bacon, bread, etc. Bring your own Tabasco. Lovely balcony. Public parking free in nearby lot. No elevator and about 17 steps steep staircase - could use a handrail.

Such a beautiful peaceful boutique hotel in Bellagio. We were warmly welcomed by the attentive owner and made to feel at home. Our room was so lovely with such a nice feel to it. Bellagio is roughly a 10 minute walk so it’s a great location as well. We slept so well in the super comfy bed. Breakfast was also wonderful. We only had 1 night there but we will be returning!

We had a wonderful time. Yasmin took great care of every detail, and we felt very pampered. The breakfasts were excellent. She guided us through our various train and ferry tickets and gave great advice. Would not hesitate to recommend this lovely hotel!

This was a highlight if our 2 weeks in Europe. The staff were so welcoming!! On arrival, she went through multiple recommendations on where we can go, eat, and travel within Bellagio and nearby. All 3 recommended restaurants were spot on! The pool was clean and they did poolside service of drinks and snacks. Rooms were well appointed. The staff also told us about a train strike happening and had already called the train service to check for us on how train schedule. The breakfasts were delicious and more than we could plausibly eat. Would HIGHLY recommend this place!
