Fantastic family-run hotel with beautiful views of the lake
Lovely staff, we’re very kind to me and my family on our visit earlier in October. Location is great, just outside the bustle of the town but an easy walk in. Beautiful views of the lake

Excellent stay at Hotel Belvedere, worth every penny!
Gorgeous property, stunning view, huge balcony, great staff, and excellent breakfast! Very family-friendly hotel while also feeling upscale. My toddler loved hanging on the balcony and swimming in the pool. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and you can tell they also love kids. You can’t tell from Google maps but the hotel is easy walking distance to main village, ferry and restaurants. It was a perfect location because it was very peaceful and quiet, but super easy to walk the hustle and bustle where the tourists are. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!
Room was a little small for 3 of us ( we had a crib) but we made it work. We hung out on the large balcony or we were out sightseeing so wasn’t a huge issue.

Average hotel with excellent staff
Amazing staff and always willing to help.
The hotel uses physical metal keys and that is unacceptable these days. They are hugely incovenient to carry around and feel cheap. The restaurant on site was great for the complimentaty breakfast but the dining menu was not good at all. They are trying to make "different" kind of dishes out of a simple Italian menu but the flavors are poor and they take way too long to serve. They are in Bellagio and its an Italian town, so why? They are trying too hard to be a premium hotel. An authentic italian menu would go a long way. They are inflexible with any resuests on sauces etc. The pool was cold but their fitness center is nice. Bathroom was very weirdly laid out. There was no place to put even a toiletry bag, shower was on the long wall of the bathroom with no shower curtain. So basically when you shower, the water splatters all out regardless of how hard you try to be careful. Simplly very poor bathroom design. They were great in treating our family right overall.

Fine hotel, but was not luxury as compared to other 5 star experiences.
The beds were comfortable and the original room we were in had a great view.
We only stayed for one night but had an AC leak in our room around 23:00. We were forced to move from our lake view room to a room that faced the street and were offered a $200 credit or lunch at their restaurant. The difference in room costs was much more than the $200, as well as the inconvenience of having to move out of a room at 23:00, so we were a bit disappointed that the hotel didn't offer more.
