The best place to stay on lake Como.
The location and setting is amazing, external pool and facilities are the best on the lake
The decor internally is dated and not up to the standard you would expect at this price point. The buildings original features, architecture and frescoes are stunning, just let down by inappropriate artwork and furniture. It is the only fault in an otherwise perfect stay.

Absolutely perfect location. Hotel property and spa are amazing. Breakfast is incredible. Service is impeccable.
As great as the hotel is (and it is spectacular!) it is hard to justify thousands of dollars a night for what was a small hotel room where the air conditioning barely worked (like most European hotels).

The service was efficient to a fault, especially at breakfast, with plates often being removed before we were done with a dish

location and facilities amazing staff was very helpful and attentive and would go out of their way to make your stay amazing bed sheets were very comfy
food was just ok - breakfast buffet was just above average quality wise - did have a wide variety of options just nothing amazing in taste just good and they don't really let you know you can order eggs done way you want and they do nickel and dime a bit like I wanted a diet coke not coffee and they actually charged us where I had just come from another hotel across the lake and they do not not a big deal but your spending a lot so don't like that nickel and dime stuff.

Luxurious stay at the beautiful Villa Serbelloni
Incredibly beautiful hotel right in the heart of Bellagio. The facilities of the property were exceptional. The staff attentive and friendly. We had a wonderful 2 night stay in a classic room. It was spacious and very comfortable.
