The location is perfect!
The service was poor from the moment we arrived. It was honestly like no staff member at the front desk knew what they were doing. We were waiting in our room for almost 2 hours for our luggage and then went downstairs and got it ourselves. Trying to get a drink by the pool was also a challenge.
