Great stay at this hotel!
We had a room with a view on Bellagio and the Lake and it was magical! The hotel is located uphill and the views from the restaurant is amazing. The shuttle service is very well organised and is very convenient. The timings are coordinated with the departures and arrivals of the ferries. Everybody was very welcoming. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was a great experience: the service was impeccable and the food was great.

Amazing views of Lake Como
The views from the latge terrace were amazing. The staff were lovely. A shuttle service was available as the hotel was too far to walk from Bellagio centre.Food was very good.
The room was a generous size with a lovely big terrace but it needed some TLC. The decor was a bit shabby and some of the flooring needed replacing.

This was an exceptional experience. When we arrived, we were offered an upgrade to a room with a very beautiful view of the lake that had a very large terrace. It was outstanding! The service at the hotel was great, as was the food!

Absolutely wonderful!
Madi was a superstar; any hotel would be so lucky to have her and I’m so glad I got to experience her kindness, humor, intelligence, and care as a guest at this hotel. I cannot fault any of the staff. Location is gorgeous. Hotel is exceptionally clean. Breakfast and dinner are marvelous. I’ll be back!

Best view in Bellagio of Lake Como
Beautiful views of Lake Como in Bellagio especially from the restaurant with outdoor seating. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a night’s stay. We also had a lovely dinner at the hotel.
The distance from the Bellagio town made it a little inconvenient to get to but the staff were very responsive and offered multiple trips to and from the town every day. The views and the quiet, peaceful surroundings made it worth it.
