I'd come again

- I liked to have a dedicated parking in the hotel. - The staff was very kind, and even showed us on a map what to see around the town, it felt like early 2000s. A forgotten service by many hotels. - Breakfast was very good, many different options. Not only croissant and coffee. - Room was not super new, but everything was functioning. Weather was very cold when we were there, but the heating was working very well, we didn't have any issues in the room. - Room was very clean. - Location was good also, everything was in a walking distance.

Great stay close by to Bellagio, with lovely views and a great breakfast buffet.

The complementary breakfast was great! Lots of options and even opened a little early some days, which was great to be able to grab something and go on the day I was checking out, as I had a 7:35 bus to catch.

The blankets and pillows were quite thin.

The receptionist was lovely. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was great. The view from our room was beautiful. And the location was a 15 minute walk away from the heart of town.

Great hotel in nice location, about 10-15 min to the center of Bellagio, and beach. Room was very clean, and breakfast was great also. The host are very friendy, and they give us all information that we needed. I definitely reccomend this hotel.

Simple hotel - nothing fancy, but it was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Great breakfast and easy walk into Bellagio.

No complaints at all. There wasn't much of a view to the lake, but we knew that before arriving and weren't in the room except to sleep.

A peaceful and memorable stay in a beautiful location, made even better by the kind and attentive staff.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — they went out of their way to accommodate my check-in time, which made me feel really looked after. The views from the property were absolutely breathtaking and made my stay even more special.

I honestly liked everything — no complaints at all.

Super clean hotel close to town.

The property is super clean and a 15 minute easy walk into the town. Part of the walk is along Lake Como so very pleasant. The hotel is owned by a lovely family who are very helpful. We enjoyed having drinks on the patio overlooking the lake and the company of their friendly dog Maffy. Breakfast included is a lovely bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Nice, quiet hotel with a good breakfast.

The room with the balcony view was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. After the check-out they allowed to leave our luggage for a few hours. Very clean, comfortable bed.

Very specific built-in hairdryer which was difficult to use and to handle. The breakfast time could be until 11.00.

Staff were very friendly. The bedroom was a great size, the bed was comfy and all very clean. We even had a view of the lake. What a bonus!

They have the standard god awful toaster that takes forever to colour the bread very slightly! Would be great to be offered toast and have it made for you.

Very clean-decent euro breakfast choices-

I don’t like being charged 10 euro extra to park. I think that’s not ok-I had checked parking included-so was rather surprised. I’m sure most guests drive to get there just include in price!

Very nice family hotel

Bright and clean rooms, a balcony with a nice view, an elevator to climb the second floor and the breakfast floor (-1), good breakfast (it was said in the brochure that there is an option to order different kind of eggs for fee, but we were ok with boiled eggs without extra fee), parking (10 euro per day, fair enough), a good pizzeria nearby, and a short nice walking distance from the town centre, market and the shore villas.

My friend, a big guy, said the shower cabin was a bit small for him... well, yes, it might have been bigger, but no problem for us :) Price-quality rate is very good, absolutely recommend to short stays.
