Appartamenti Casa La Rosa

Our apartment had views of both Lake Lecco and Lake Como as well as the surrounding mountains, beautiful. The apartment was well equipped, the bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was great. We struck one of the heatwave's so not having aircon was a challenge but we were supplied a fan and left the windows and balcony door open all night. Having access to a washing machine was very important as we had been traveling for a while. Bellagio is hilly and Casa La Rosa is at the top of the hill but the stairs down to the lake were very manageable and the walk down is rewarded with the beautiful Bellagio on Lake Como. Lots of great restaurants and gelato shops, which were delicious. We had a mishap whilst in Bellagio and we cannot thank Marco and Andrea enough for their assistance. Their help was invaluable and we are eternally grateful to them. Thank you again guys.

The views were incredible from the lake view studio apartment on top floor. Grounds were kept very tidy and room itself was nice and bright. Really good value for money considering the location and would recommend/stay again. Host was friendly.

Lack of air con was a struggle but provided with a fan, would suggest air con being installed for when there are heat waves. If you expect the steps and incline to get up to property from Bellagio main centre then there are no issues but for some less able (especially with cases) it might be a struggle so research before you come.

Everything! Location was fantastic just a short 10ish minute walk outside of the main town center which was ideal because we were close to everything yet far enough away to have absolute peace and tranquillity. The hosts were super helpful and kind picking us up from our ferry and driving us up with our luggage to the accommodation. The views were beyond beautiful from every side of the building and the room was very spacious and clean and included everything we could've possibly needed. The host was also easy to reach responding to messages quickly and kindly! I would absolutely come back to this property it was beyond beautiful and peaceful.

It’s location , the garden , parking and the welcome we received.

It was extremely dated , uncomfortable and the bed needed replacing as it dipped in the middle. Fan was inadequate. We were glad to leave after four sleepless nights .
