Clean and comfortable rooms dated but charming would recommend

This hotel had solid early 19th/late 18th century bones and an incredible location near the Serbelloni steps and across from a major ferry station, also positioned steps outside of the local ZTL Zone, we were directed to loan and unload luggage directly infant of hotel before parking... no, it's Bellagio, unless you're staying at Villa Serbelloni, there's no real parking in the ZTL, but the staff is realistic and helpful in that regard. Facilities are beautiful but very minimally maintained. There are no in-room mini fridges. The shower was literally the smallest I stepped into in 10 hotels I stayed in in French Riviera and Italy this past trip, but I also paid a reasonable price for Bellagio in the highest of seasons in a great location... trade offs. You want an incredible location in Bellagio for a reasonable price, with a pool and a solid helpful staff who will deliver your bags on day 1 but not ones who will park your car or pack your bags in your car on your way out, then this is a very good place. Keep your expectations reasonable and you'll be very pleasantly surprised.

For a room paid 315 eur / night, soes not worse. Small room, old furniture and not pleasent staff - I am refering at the lady in the reception. I asked if I have a discount being one person - as it is everywhere in the world - and instead of telling me that at their hotel there is no difference between single and double room, she said to me: “And what do you want? You have a room where to sleep. You have to be pleased.”.

Be careful about hotel room vs Agoda room.
