La ubicación, el personal en general todo el personal, muy profesional, atento, disponibles, cariñosos y gentiles.
No es que no me gustó, pero por ejemplo el grifo del lavamanos está en el medio del mismo y por su largo e inmovilidad, resulta muy bonito como diseño, pero muy incómodo para utilizarlo.

Una location unica, la vista mozzafiato sulla villa del Balbianello, l’impressione di essere sul bordo di una barca dal ristorante Genazzini 1788. Sono stato accolto con gentilezza e cordialità. Tutto veramente perfetto, camere moderne, insonorizzate, nuovissime e arredate con grande gusto. Il ristorante ha una squadra di eccellenza, lo chef ci ha deliziato con ottimi piatti tipici della cucina italiana . Colazione top!
