We had an amazing stay. The staff was kind, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated, room service was great, and our view of the lake was amazing. The breakfast every morning was a nice bonus too!

Turns out this Palazzo just completed a complete renovation and it is spectacular! Modern, cool, edgy with respect to tradition and the Location is right ON the lake; the views from our room were spectacular! The staff is amazing and very helpful from the front desk to the restaurant. The fabulous concierge Ms. Fabiola was fantastic and arranged a wonderful, private boat tour of the some of the lake towns. The room was most luxurious with exquisite finishes, lighting, linens, etc. One note: the rooftop bar requires reservations for lake-side tables but we were able to snag one with a sideview of the lake and directly over the charming Piazza Mazzini. Also, they brought us a very nice tray of nuts and olives without asking, only to add +E20 something to the room tab (which the manager removed when brought to his attention). This place is deluxe and special and worth every Euro!
