A great stay!

Modern rooms with all what you may want to find, all looks new. Great breakfast. Great guidance from the host. Large private parking (we're two couples with 2 moterbike). Since it is wintertime we could not test the outdoor swimming pool but itl looks very well maintained. The b&b is not in the city center but there are at least a couple of restaurants at walking distance (10/15mins) and Bellagio downtown is as well reachable in a 20/ 25 mins walk, with very nice surroundings.

If we come back to Lake Como, we will stay here again!

Elena is a fabulous host! NOTHING for her guests is too much trouble! We had to leave early our last day to catch a flight out of Milan, and she prepared us breakfasts for us to take along on the drive. Her home is clean, modern, and has INCREDIBLE views of the mountains from the patio door in your room! It is close to Bellagio, and Elena will happily give you lots of advice on where to eat, how to park, and what to visit in the area.

Lovely Bellagio

Elena was amazing, so friendly, so considerate. Nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel at home from the start and she even kindly collected us from ferry. The house is lovely, the room was very good and a lovely breakfast was prepared for us each day. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return to beautiful Bellagio one day.

Nothing. The only thing to mention is that the house is a little way from Bellagio and without a car you have a nice walk into town. On the other side, the location was lovely and peaceful.

Top quality accommodation in a stunning location with an absolutely wonderful host.

Stunning location high quality accommodation (with a great pool). And Elena is an absolutely wonderful host who cannot do enough for you. She not only picked us up with our bags from the bus terminal on arrival, (and dropped us off there on departure), but her local knowledge and hospitality is also second to none. She recommended us some excellent and affordable local restaurants (Antichi Saporri our favourite for great local pasta), the best walking routes, and other things to do and see (don’t miss the beautiful gardens of Villa Melzi). The walk from the centre of Bellagio was not a problem at all for us. Embrace it and feel better about yourself having walked off that extra ice cream.

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend!

So peaceful and beautiful. Very quiet location with a great view. Each room has a patio with a cafe table and chairs overlooking the pool. Very good air conditioning, comfortable bed and clean room. A nice breakfast was offered every morning. Elena was amazing! She was so helpful providing suggestions, directions and helping with dinner reservations. We loved meeting and spending time with the dogs, Jack and Mariu. On site parking is available which was great. E-bike rentals are a short walk down the road and I highly recommend.

The perfect retreat in a hot Italian summer!

We loved the pool and the area of Bellagio. The dogs were a cute addition and they gave us lots of laughs. Elena is a kind and generous host. She collected us from the port and treated us to lots of little surprises - above and beyond. She also had great advice about the best places to eat. We also loved the “honesty” fridge.

My parents were staying right in the centre of Bellagio and it was far there.

Beautiful stay in the middle of splendid Bellagio

Loved the property, the coziness of the B&B, the sympathy of the owner and her dogs, the beauty of the residence, the no chlorine pool. The B&B was just perfect and would love nothing but to return back.

Just the 20 min walk from the city center if someone is not very athletic they might need a bed

Staying here was an absolute joy. The place is spotlessly clean, beautifully kept, and has a warm, peaceful atmosphere. From the very first moment, we felt like we were visiting family, not just staying at a guesthouse. Elena is a truly special host – kind, generous, and full of warmth. She made us feel completely at home and welcomed us with open arms. Her homemade breakfast was fantastic, and her attention to every little detail made our stay so comfortable. We were only there for one night and really didn’t want to leave. Elena also shared so many great tips about what to do and see in the area - she knows it all! We highly recommend staying here!

The holiday was a complete success

Elena immediately fulfilled every wish we had and read our every wish from our lips. The breakfast is Great as there are regional cheeses, cold meats and a wonderful coffee. You also get lots of helpful recommendations and relaxation is guaranteed due to the distance to the city centre. 1000 thanks again for the friendly welcome and hospitality.

A fantastic home away from home

We had a wonderful stay at Elena's b&b, it's well worth the trip! The location is close enough to walk to Bellagio (20mins), and other areas for hiking (or a short 10min trip in the car). Beautiful views of the mountains from your bedroom when you wake up, and everything carefully considered and provided for you. Great breakfast and Elena is so considerate at providing vegetarian and vegan options. The building and pool were also interesting to hear about the sustainability features, an added bonus. And the dogs! So cute and made the trip even better. I can't recommend this place enough!

Great B&B to stay at Lake Como

Elena is very friendly and welcoming host. She shared some very nice suggestions for restaurants. The breakfast was great with lot of choices. The room itself is spacious and has everything you need, including plenty of room to put your luggage.

It was raining a lot during my stay, so didn't get to enjoy the full Lake Como experience. I'll be back and if possible would like to stay here again.

Everything was amazing!! The host, Elena, was a wonderful and respectful women , she was so kind to come with her car to pick us up from the ferry terminal and also taking us back to there. The location is up the hills and it takes around 25 minutes to walk down to the center but it’s worth it because you get the chance to see beautiful locations. Thank you Elena for everything and hope to see you soon! We will definitely come back there again! 😊

Excellent stay, highly recommend

The hotel is located near Lake Como (although not right next to it) and is surrounded by mountains making the location top. This seems to be a small hotel run by a family which tends to do everything as best as possible. Breakfast contained a lot of home-grown veggies which tasted delicious. The host was really friendly, constantly doing her best to make us feel good and welcomed. Also offered some great tips on how to explore the Lake Como. Hotel has a nice terrace which ends in a crystal clear pool.

Everything was great. The family room was large (2 adults and 2 teenagers), very clean and with everything you need. Direct access to the pool and fantastic views. 25 min walk to Bellagio center. Elena is a perfect host, I definitely recommend this place.

Exceptional!

Elena was a wonderful host from the very start. She kindly picked us up from the ferry port which was much appreciated. Her apartment exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return. The room was spotlessly clean with everything you would need provided. The breakfast was also wonderful and made by Elena each morning which was a lovely treat. You will not regret booking into this apartment.

Fabulous host, property and location. Elena also spoke fluent English which helped us. Elena was very informative about the local area and gave us lots of info for our stay. Our daughter loved the property too. The pool was an added bonus :-)
