edificio d'epoca, molto bello con pavimenti originali e riadattato a unita' ricettiva. Camera spaziosa con essenziale. Smart Tv. purtroppo il bagno, pur essendo grande, va rivisto, ossia la vasca (utilizzabile come doccia) e' pericolosa in quanto il fondo e' scivoloso essendo privo di un tappetino in gomma e senza una maniglia a cui tenersi. Le ante doccia sono parzialmente prive di guarnizione ed esce l'acqua. Consiglio di eliminare la vasca e mettere una doccia. Portasapone sopra il lavandino rotto. Direi in generale un po' trasandato. Visto il prezzo si poteva includere anche la colazione. La parte esterna, apprezzabile il parcheggio ampio, anche qui suggerirei di migliorare l'ordine dell'area in generale. La piscinetta....meglio non immergersi. Penso che con un po' piu' di organizzazione e attenzione tutto possa migliorare.
