Really good spot!

The stay was impeccable. The room was very comfortable, with an ideal temperature throughout the stay. The mattress was excellent, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the cleanliness was outstanding as well.

Mobile network access was difficult on the iPhone, while it worked well on Android devices. This is likely an Apple-related issue rather than a problem with the accommodation. The breakfast was excellent in quality, but the variety and quantity were somewhat limited.

1 night only

The room is quite modern and i love the bathroom its spacious and the shower was good. Walking distance to the church which is just beside the lake. Few meters away is the entrance to villa melzi, a very nice garden 10euro each entrance and after 2 km walk in the garden is an exit in bellagio town center. The garden has museums you can get in, and the villa is overlooking the lake. Alyssa is very helful too.u

A little disappointing

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast was nice.

To say they provided toiletries was stretching the point. All that was there was one pump dispenser with something in it and very small bar of soap. I feel the accommodation was a further away that advertised, at least 2 miles/ 50 minute walk along busy roads with no pavements in parts and not a flat walk either. There was only 1 very small bar open in surrounding area which closed at 9pm and nothing else that we could find, no shops or anything so everything you needed had to be sourced in Bellagio centre. A kettle and cups were provided with a few tea bags and coffee satchets but not milk, so if like us its our preference to have milk make sure you take your own. There was a balcony that was accessed via the main hall or the bathroom. It was a bit odd and not particularly nice as it was facing a brick wall, sadly no lake views. And the local church bells chimmed from around 8am!

Nice Apartment

Great location. Right next to the ferry stop, which takes you straight to the center of Bellagio. There is a cozy cafe next door for breakfast. The room had all the necessary things, it was clean and tidy.

Apartment is nice and clean for a family with young children. Huge terrace and so beautiful to sit outside to relax. Close proximity to the private beach and restaurant nearby. Coffee at Nene was amazing and we had a wonderful breakfast

We had a wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast. The room was very clean, modern, and spacious, offering a calm atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The location was great — just a short walk from the ferry and a small beach. Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day well. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Everything great!

We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the hotel has a great location — everything is nearby. The rooms were very clean and pleasant to stay in. Special thanks to the staff — always available, polite, and ready to help. They even allowed us to check out half an hour later, which was very convenient. We would definitely love to come back!

Peaceful stay in a modern architecture gem

I like the clean modern architectural details. Both the apartment and the room we rented were spacious and had very large bathrooms. The terrace at the apartment was a beautiful little private oasis and the modern kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, flatware, and appliances. At first, I thought I may have made an error booking a place that is not right in the heart of Bellagio, but over our stay, the more laid back experience of being in San. Maggiore was appreciated. I enjoyed peaceful walks around the surrounding countryside and up into the hills up from the village. Breakfast each morning at the room was great and laundry services across the street was very convenient. The NeNe cafe is also very convenient.

I grew to like the remote nature of the location, but i believe a lot of people may find the distance to the store too far for a convenient run to the market. I might suggest that NeNe consider offering a ride share vehicle, e-bike, or scooters for rent.

The location. If you don’t have a card is 22 minutes walking from the Port and if you carry luggage the path could be difficult since in some parts you don’t have sidewalk.

9/10 cosy, relaxing, away from turisty confusion

Checking in was very easy. Alissa was close by and super nice. The room was really clean and has everything we needed. The bathroom, and the whole building inside, was modern and with good taste. The breakfast was delicious and relaxing. The location is quiet and so close to Bellagio. We were also able to find parking spots everytime 1 min walking and it is also 1 min away from the ferry

The air conditioner was very confusing and we were never able to turn it on so the room was hot at night when we couldnt have the windows open. Also the bed - which was very comfortable - squicked a little

Very comfortable stay but Wi-Fi extremely bad

Supa comfy bed, quiet, breakfast adequate, friendly staff,

Wi-Fi is almost non-existent from the ground floor to the top floor. It does work but even seeing a name on google maps takes around 3 minutes to show on the map. Checkin is flexible but prefer to not have the anxiety of having to meet someone at a certain time to pick up the key. Better just the lock box . Also we should have known but we thought it was closer to Bellagio but its 2 km away.

A comfortable fantastic base for exploring Lake Como

A modern, clean spacious comfortable apartment in a beautiful peaceful location with lovely helpful staff who went out of their way to help us when we got lost. Mella restaurant serves delicious food with fantastic friendly service. Cafe and shop really useful too. Ferry stop really close by which we appreciated and used almost each day.

this is the first B&B in Italy that was so technologically advanced, super easy check in, payments and check out. Very helpful host. just amazing.

Beautiful Location and Apartment. Greeted so kindly by the hosts. Less than a 1 minute walk to the eloquent Lake Como. Beautiful breakfast on the morning in a stunning modern coffee shop but still keeping the old Italian style, great food and drinks, would definitely go again. Great little village right next to the centre of Bellagio just a 15-20 minute walk or just a 2 minute bus ride away.

Not to be missed

Alissa and her partner were in contact with us before we arrived to make sure everything was understood. The check-in was simple. The appartment is clean new and modern. It has everything promised: heating, water bottles, kettle, fridge, safe, plenty of free nearby parking, towels and most importantly attention and response to every problem and question we had. The administrators prepared a page in the apartment containing a QR code through which you can get various information about Bellagio. Great idea.

The apartment is half an hour's walk from the center of Bellagio. at this time of the year ( december) not possible to get a taxi an parking place may be problematic
