Beautiful and peaceful B&B in the hill!

Amazing stay at this B&B! Super clean place, easily accessible by car. Check in was simple, room was safe, and a good size. Super clean bathroom, well equipped. The breakfast was delicious, included eggs. We were able to walk to Bellagio, even if it was adventurous.

Amazing!!!

Everything was great! Sissi is a great host and very nice and welcoming. Our communication with her was very good, she was always responsive and even offered information beforehand that we didn’t know we needed. We read carefully the description of the place and checked where it is from the city center before booking it. For us it was a perfect choice as we knew we will be traveling by car. The place itself is in a very nice hill close to Bellagio, in the morning you can hear the donkey, roasters and we even saw goats. For me this was like a childhood trip that felt amazing. The furniture in the B&B is of very good quality, the access is by codes which is great as you don’t need to worry about a key or a card. Breakfast was served on the terrace with freshly baked croissant and the view of the lake. We had an amazing time here and are definitely planning to come back.

Worth the stay!

The property is located in the most prime location, easy to reach with a car. We loved the property and the view. The room was comfortable for the two of us. The host was very friendly and welcoming!

Very nice spot if you have a car.

Good breakfast. I wish there was a coffee machine available. We did not know if we could ask for more than one cup of coffee. Probably our mistake. Seesee ( the owner) was very kind.

It was quite far from town but the drive was easy so if you have a car, should not be an issue.

Disappointing but comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent and breakfast staff was very kind!

Location was very difficult and required lots of maneuvering to get to/from town. Many dogs in the area barked long into the night. We had no chairs in the room and a shelf over the bed made it difficult to even sit up in bed.

Great Lake Como great place to stay We as family are on Europe main cities tour reach Italy kids wanted to see Lake Como we explore Airbnb and find this place. What amazing host comfortable beds and rooms with great facilities including parking walking distance to the lake side. The breakfast was more then a five star hotel including fresh juice and freshly baked croissants and much more. We really enjoyed and strongly recommend this place. Thank you to the host and their team.

Amazing B&B with a lovely owner

Sissi was an amazing host and can't thank her enough. From start to finish everything was perfect. Rooms clean, nice breakfast and every detail considered. It was such a good value for money and so lovely rooms. Would suggest it without a doubt.

Great stay with excellent service, meals, and big rooms

The service from Sissi, our host, was exceptional. She warned us in advance that Bellagio was very busy and we should book restaurants early and took care of this all for us, recommending places and maing bookings. In each case the restaurants we exceptionally good. Communication was very efficiant through Whatsapp. In additon the breakfast provided is a class above normal hotel or B&B breakfasts. The croissants were superb and the muesli/porridge with fruit also fantastic. Sissi went out of her way to ensure we were well looked after and told us about a secret parking spot where we never failed to find a park. Location was just a bit out of Bellagio centre and it is best to have a car(which we did). Netflix was also provided, and there was a minibar as well at very cheap prices. Sissi also organised a very good masseuse who came to our room. Would easily stay there again

The place is located 7 min by car from bellagio city center, so quiet and the beds were comfortable ,the room was Very clean and cozy . You will meet there the great host Sissi , she will let you feel at home and will care about the small details you could ask for and amazing fresh breakfast that prepared by her. We do recommend staying there for sure!

Great, value for money!

Bellagio and the lake are the attractions, so you only need to sleep in a good bed, have a nice shower, a good Italian coffee and a nice breakfast in the morning and an easy carparking! This place has all of the above! But the real catch is Sissy who almost functions as a ‘concierge of a big expensive hotel’ in fixing restaurants (in advance) and has good tips…!

Great value well appointed accommodation in a location close to Lake Como

Beautiful room Quality furnishings Continental breakfast with quality produce. The scrambled egg and crispy bacon was delicious! Host was excellent making you really feel at home

The location of the property does tend to favour a car or a good set of walking boots. Roads are narrow to the property but all week we didn’t have one car wanting to go the other way!! Neighbours dogs occasionally barked but not a big issue.

Breathtakingly beautiful

Sissi was a fantastic host. Very accommodating to my dairy intolerance, preparing a full breakfast with my requirements. She was super friendly, gave us great recommendations, managed to get a booking for us at a restaurant when they were full, and was always available to answer any questions quickly via WhatsApp.

It was very clean and had everything we needed. We also had our own outdoor space. The breakfast was great and the host Sissi was beyond helpful. Sissi helped us by booking restaurant’s for us during our stay.

Fabio was a very gracious host… took care of us and even stayed up very late and waited until we arrived at almost 2am due to flight delays. He also prepped everything to the last detail with warmth and enjoyment.

We loved the views from our room plus in the breakfast room. The room had everything we needed, the amenities were extremely clean and well stocked.

The property is situated a little outside Bellagio - the host does suggest that having a car/moped would be easier to navigate from accommodation into the town. We did not have one and thus walked or used public transport. It was a little difficult at times with our big suitcases but we made it work.

Very convenient check-in system. The hotel manager is always in touch with you and is very friendly in communication. The room is new and very clean, bed is very comfortable. I also want to praise a very tasty breakfast with a view of the mountains.

In the dark, it may not be very comfortable to get to if you are on foot. You need to go uphill.

We were happy with everything- we only stayed one night and what we didn’t enjoy was the bendy roads/ lack of street lightening at night to and from, but this had absolutely nothing to do with the accommodation!
