Perfect apartment in the heart of Bellagio

The location was great for restaurants, shops, ferries and local attractions. A small mini market was just around the corner to get some basic supplies. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you needed. We would stay there again if returning to Bellagio.

The water pressure in the shower could have been better.

Great little apartment in an amazing location

Amazing location, everything you need for a visit to Lake Como if you wish to cook breakfast and or dinner (which did save us some money since Bellagio is very expensive). David was very accommodating and helpful. There are only a couple of apartments so very private and clean!

Charming apartment in the very heart of Bellagio

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very clean, spacious, beds are comfortable, it has everything you need during your stay. The location is very central. The owner is kind and always available for any questions.

Nice location, could use some love.

Great location

It would go a long way to invest a little more in the guest experience. Soap in not just the bathroom, but also by the kitchen sink. More than two thin towels. Leaving water for guests. Also, the heat didn’t work for us.

Great property in beautiful Bellagio.

David's apartment is perfect for enjoying Bellagio. The location is in a charming cobblestone street close to the waterfront, bars, restaurants and various stylish shops. A stay with all the comforts needed. The bed was comfy and plush. Quiet location but close to everything. Hearing the church bells was an absolute delight. This property is exceptional.

Amazing few days for sisters catch up and wonderful area.

The location was perfect down a narrow little cobbled street not far from the main area and ferry stop. Restaurants and shops on our doorstep. Quiet street. Perfect for 3 sisters travelling as downstairs pull out sofa and upstairs large bed and fold out sofa.

Perfect stay!

The property is located in the heart of Bellagio, just 2 mins walk down to the ferry station, many restaurants and bars around. Perfect location!!! The living room is very spacious for our luggage. There is a small supermarket right downstairs! The property manager David was super helpful and we can’t ask for more.

The bedroom is a bit dark and there is no power point next to the table. But very small things.

Good value

Great location in beautiful Bellagio, close to the ferry and restaurants. Very clean and well equipped apartment. The host David communicated well, met us at the property and helped us with our bags.

It was a little challenging negotiating the spiral staircase during the night if you need to go to the toilet. The pillows and bed linen are due for an update.

Perfeito!

Our stay in Bellagio felt like a dream We found the perfect place right in the heart of Bellagio — everything was just a 1–4 minute walk away. From charming boutiques to the lakefront, it couldn’t have been more convenient. There’s a cozy little gem of a restaurant right next door called Ristoro Forma e Gusto – Pizzeria e Ristorante — hands down, the best pizza we’ve had. They still use a traditional stone oven, and the people there were just as warm as the food was delicious. It’s a 5-minute walk to the big ferry port (Bellagio Traghetto, which also takes cars), and just 2 minutes to the smaller ferry lines that cruise around Lake Como. The neighborhood is calm, loving, and peaceful — truly the kind of place that makes you slow down and savor every second. And a big thank you to David, our host — incredibly kind, helpful, and thoughtful. He made our stay even more special. If you’re headed to Bellagio, this is the place to stay.

Good location, needs simple repairs.

There is a lot of room to move about. The kitchenette was useful and the bathroom was exceptionally functional, clean and warm! The view from the room is pretty of nearby buildings. Overall a good solid choice for us.

Very few PowerPoints. I contacted the accommodation days before with a question that was pivotal to my planning and didn't get a response until the last minute and too late. I contacted the accommodation provider during the stay and never got a response. It was a little frustrating despite the provider saying contact anytime for advice. The stairwell balustrade is coming apart and it feels unsafe in the middle of the night when you're creeping downstairs to the toilet.
