Amazing view and cosy apartment with terrace
The place and the view are amazing. The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is very well endowed amd you have free parking. The terrace and the garden are superb and very quiet. The bus station is 20m away, but you can go by foot to Belaggio and have a nice 20 min walk. The host is very nice, she has left us a welcome note and a cold bottle of prosecco in the fridge. In the morning she gave us maps and suggestions of what to do and visit. They offered us free use of washing machine, although the service is not stated as available. Thank you, our stay was wonderful! We would definitely recommend this place!
The wifi works very badly and the gsm service is mostly inexistent. The fridge has no freezer, but we got ice from the breakfast room.

This was the perfect place to stay with two large dogs. Great value.
Giada, our host, was very easy to communicate with. The check in was very easy. It was spacious. We were traveling with two large dogs and the property was perfect for that. It was also near the bus stop although we actually walked into town and back. We took the bus as well. It was good to have options. It was also nice to sit outside in the evening. Nice view from the patio area.

Bellagio stay
Views from carpark and breakfast area were lovely. San Giovanni nearby is a lovely little spot and worth a visit. The owner kindly gave us a bottle of wine when we were leaving.
No cooling or fans - not ideal in summer. No mosquito screens on the windows (which we needed to keep open due to the lack of cooling...and we were subsequently bitten by mosquitos). No terrace or water view from our apartment unfortunately. Promotional material said there was a washing machine but there wasn't. But otherwise the apartment was quite adequate, although we thought a little overpriced for what we got.

The apartment was huge and had a very well-equipped kitchen. It was very comfortable, located in a nice and quiet area with a nice view.
In fact is little bit far way from Bellagio city. You can take a bus or walk. It is manageable.

Nice view to Lake Como. Very polite but still familiar team .Quiet environment. Huge and very delicious breakfast. There was always enough parking space
Our scheduled time was up and we had to go home :-)
