The property itself and the view was very beautiful! Like on the photos.

It’s extremely difficult to get to that property with a lot of stuff. For example we had a big suite case, a stroller, 3 small suite cases, 2 kids: 8, 4 yo. We could not find any taxi available, ended up going on a tourists small wheeled train which brought us closer to the property and then we had to walk all the way up which is not long, but with all we have to carry on us and the type of the old road it was extremely hard. No one from the property got out to help us find the way, cause we got lost, and the manager I was chatting with did not help to organize transportation ( I would appreciate they send a taxi to pick us up because I was explaining the situation with luggage etc). To get back we booked uber way in advance ( advice: you can also spot the local taxi’s number on the cars you see in the downtown) because the numbers the property manager gave were not responding when we call or text. Second, our apartment was under the ceiling and at some places it gets very low so my mom bump her head so hard! It is not obvious at first because all white and uneven in different places you can easily forget to bend. Bottom line: the spot is good for adults with light backpacks. We did not feel welcome at all and it’s so weird they did not help us with transportation and luggage.

Nice and cosy

Lovely, idyllic place – I definitely recommend it! Big rooms / apartments, lovely breakfast, view.

It’s not so easy to get to Bellagio centre – the boat doesn’t run late in the evenings, and walking can feel a bit scary in the dark due to narrow roads and cars approaching. But I give 10 anyways since it was a nice stay.

The views from the apartment were super beautiful. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything you need, even washing machine. Away from the main road, so it is also quiet. If you have a car, then everything is reachable.

Unfortunately did not see that the apartments do not have air conditioning. We were lucky to have a little colder weather one day, so it was not so warm.

It was a long uphill walk to Bellagio which took about 30 minutes which was a trek in the very hot weather we were lucky enough to get!

10/10 ! We stayed here 12-16 July,my husband,daughter & myself and felt very much at home. Highly recommend this place! Jaw dropping view from the balcony! A lovely bottle of wine & sparkling water in the fridge to welcome us! Excellent service from the hostess! Very good breakfast with a variety of choices, my favourite was the cake! We had everything we needed! Washing machine & tablets to wash, dishwasher & tablets, Kettle,coffee ,tea , shampoo,shower gel etc -everything was provided for! The hostess is very generous & kind ,even dropped us off at the bus stop for our return journey to Como! Very nice place & a lovely hostess!

La Piccola Bellagio is the perfect place for a peaceful stay with breathtaking views of Lake Como.

We loved our stay at La Piccola Bellagio. The view from the apartment was beautiful, and the apartment was sparkling clean and very quiet. The breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast patio offered gorgeous views. Ornella truly went out of her way to welcome us and make us feel at home.

We knew that San Giovanni was a 25-minute walk from the center of Bellagio, but it was more challenging than we expected to make the walk, along narrow roads without sidewalks and with significant traffic. Clearly efforts are being made to welcome tourists to San Giovanni--there is a tourist train and a bus to Bellagio--but challenges remain. Therefore we particularly appreciated Ornella's helpfulness along the way.

Standing shower was toooo tight. 2x2 sq. Ft..not an easy task for big person.I think that's the way they make here in this region..just as much you can pour water..

Appartment with a great view of lake Como and welcoming owners

We had an appartment with lake view and two bedrooms. It was spacious and the view is amazing - exactly as in the pictures. Our car broke when we arrived and Ornella helped us and met the person who took the car. She gave us guidance on all the questions we had. She was amazing and very helpful. The property has a few apartments and the common facilities are nice. The bus stop to Como is right above. And it takes around 30 minutes to walk to the Bellagio center which was helpful for us as we didn’t have the car for our stay. We went to all the places by foot and with ferries. The kitchen in the apartment is big and spacious with all the utensils we needed.

The only thing that we didn’t like was that the water temperature was changing while we took shower

The address didn’t show up on our GPS and also google maps doesn’t show the precise entrance/ driveway so we had a bit of difficulty finding the place but Arianna was kind to come get us from where we were stranded when we called her this property is actually located in San Giovanni very close to Bellagio

Super cute updated place with beautiful views.

The view is amazing. The staff are very nice and helpful. The best thing is the rooms. They were beautiful with updated kitchens and lots of room. The photos don't do this place justice.

It's a bit far from the main part of Bellagio but you can make it work by taking the little train, which is $5 and fun.

A wonderful place to stay!

We loved our stay at La Piccola Bellagio. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The views from our personal balcony were breathtaking. The breakfast was very good and we would love to come back.

It was quite hot when we visited and there is no A/C or fans. I highly recommend have a car for this trip. The area is accessible by ferry (recommended) or bus, but you will walk a lot on narrow roads if you don’t have a car.
