The location is good if you have a car. It is away from the town center and has a nice view of the lake from above. Without a car it would be more difficult, but they have a ride service, I believe, on request

The pillows on the bed were rather hard and flat. Perhaps add a second couple of pillows

Lovely stay!

The view from the top is unbelievable! The room was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay! There is a 25 min walk to the centre of Bellagio which is harder backwards but if the weather is not hot it’s really enjoyable! The parking was great in front of the hotel! Really sweet breakfast in a cafe nearby!

Lake como perfection

Jaw drapping views of Lake como right from inside the room and spacious balconey. There's alot of free parking if arriving by car, we were also given free coupons for breakfast at an amazing local bakey shop. Staff were also very humorous!

A car is definitely recommended as there is quite a walk to old town Bellagio but that can also be a bonus as you are in a much quieter part!

Don't bother with the breakfast

The views from the room / balcony or terrace were fantastic and truly a pleasure. The room was clean and towels were changed daily. There was a small kitchen where you could use a microwave and help yourself to coffee pods / tea etc ( kettle in the room) There was a fridge in the room with water and juice included. The staff were helpful

The breakfast ! We were presented with a 5 € token each to use in a very small patisserie a short walk from the hotel. The options were very poor - pastry and more pastry and Luke warm coffee not much else available. Anything else over 5 Euros you had to pay extra ! On Monday not open so breakfast was a bag handed to you with more pastry and a yogurt. Not really acceptable when paying over £800 for 3 nights! So its not bed and breakfast at all. I would describe it as a nice room only not a hotel. Not many places near to eat unless you climb up steep multiple steps !

I loved my stay here! Amazing view of Bellagio from my balcony and even better view from the rooftop terrace. It was a bit far from the city center but it was great that the hotel provided free rides to/from the city center.

Really recommend place to stay.

The view is absolutely breathtaking!

It is quite far from the centre of Bellagio if you go on foot but it is worth it. If you travel by car or by motorcycle it is even better to stay there than in the centre. We didn't have a car there so the staff gave us a dive to the centre where the ship was waiting for us.

Heater is not working properly , has time limitation. There is very thin blanket inside the room. Batroom was clean but when u bath water fillimg base. Booked with breakfast, only given 5 euro breakfast card from patissier, which is located outside, there is no restaurant at facility for breakfast.

Lovely place with gorgeous views

Lovely hotel with stunning view of the Bellagio town and beyond from the balcony and the roof terrace. A small kitchen with glasses and utensils on the top floor and a drink dispenser, which is great for the comfort of the travellers. Very helpful staff. The walk to town is long but it was enjoyable for us. The staff offered us a lift several times, which was very nice of them.

I would add an armchair to the room, but it is a minor detail.

Lovely place to stay in a quiet residence.

Had a fantastic view from the roof top terrace. The little bakery for breakfast was great.

The tea, water and snacks were not topped up daily. Places to eat were not close by. Sadly there was a crane spoiling the view from the room window.

Amazing view! Top of the hill, quiet neighbourhood with one amazing restaurant nearby.

The view from my balcony was breathtaking. You’ll be in the in the central over looking at Varenna and Mennagio. Better of you have a car because the walk from city centre it’s a big exhausting 30min and most are uphill.

Location would not be the most convenient, but I would say the view it worth it.

Spectacular view, small Italian hotel

Thanks Domus Bellagio it was nice to stay over. The view from our room was breathtaking. Administrator was more then helpful and nice. In general we liked our 4 nights stay. Location is a bit far from centre - 20 minutes on foot but it was a plus for us. The room was decorated good and convenient BREAKFAST- after usual full breakfast buffet the breakfast which was provided in Domus looked poor. But they gave us a chance to try genuine Italian coffee with locals and their pastry - delicious and amazing experience so don’t expect to overeat, but enjoy your real Italian breakfast and leave room for dinner.

Looks like that with the time the room where we stayed became a bit sloppy (previous guests might have broken and splashed something so drops were everywhere). We found hair on the light grey floor. which was annoying. Renovation and one proper cleaning will fix it for sure.

Great Valentina, Wifi and what a view!

Valentina! The best staff ever, nice, friendly and always helpful! What a view from a terrace! They really do their best to make you fell at home. I worked from the room for 3 days and wifi was great, with no issues. A bit far from the city center around 30 min but then you have a view from the hill! Breakfast: always coffee and milk, cornetto with Nutella, one day yogurt next day a piece of cheese
