Its in good location, restaurant downstairs is owned by same owner. We ate there twice as the food was great! Ferry terminal is 2-5 mins walk.

Cobblestone stairs going up to the room. Not ideal if you have heavy luggages. We had a staff help us bring the other luggage!

The location was fantastic. Everyone was so nice and inviting. Honestly, we wish we would have booked longer at that location. It felt like home. I mean who doesn’t love walking up stairs to your room to the smell of fresh pasta.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Lake Como! It was beautiful :)

Super location, beautiful street and view, peaceful and quiet! We were able to get a table for dinner at the restaurant underneath the hotel which was perfect, a very cute street for dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful! The room was very clean and comfy, and our balcony was a great surprise.

Our only comment is that the bathroom in our room was a little compact but that's more of a preference than a complaint!

We were looking for a hotel right in the middle of Bellagio - this was perfect. We were four couples and we each had a unique room. We all enjoyed the location, amenities and restaurant below!

Good location but unfriendly staff.

The location was perfect despite being above à restaurant but I knew it. In the heart of the hustle and bustle of Bellagio. Cute little balcony. Room was big enough and clean. Easy to find.

Stall was not very friendly and helpful. They were too focused on the restaurant side than guests. As paying customers in the hotel part we could not reserve a table to eat in but had to queue. On the day of departure we could leave our bag with them, only to find them where we left them on our return by the bar!!! I was not best pleased as anyone could have taken them!!!

Very nice. Good location in middleof town rightin front of the ferry ticket office. Very nice staff. Shower was great! E

Everything was good except I thought they had an elevator. We had to leave at 7:30 and there was no one to help us with our luggage down the approximate 50 stairs in the hotel and 60 stairs down to the ferry. We managed on our own with the help of some tourists like us.

No elevator! I must have made a mistake when I booked it as I thought I read there was an elevator.

Bellagio is beautiful and we loved our stay.

The room was comfortable and the restaurant down stairs was lovely. The water supplied daily was wonderful.

We knew it was above a restaurant but didn't know it was 45 steps up. After all the big steps from the square. Also we missed having a safe. No phone to call downstairs so had to take the stairs to communicate any question and only in limited times.

Really great experience, would stay again

The location was brilliant, it was good to be close to the ferry port and have the restaurant downstairs for convenience. We found the room very clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful.

It would be great to offer a later check out - potentially 11am rather than 10:30am. We booked a double bed so would have preferred a double mattress rather than 2x twins pushed together, however we appreciate this might be a more flexible option for the rooms. The corridor can be a little noisy but not at late hours - so wasn’t really an issue!

The room was big, it had a cosy balcony and it was very close to the center of Bellagio. It has a restaurant with good italian food.

Taking into account that it was at the 2nd floor, one floor upper than the kitchen, it was a little bit noisy. There were a lot of ants in the bathroom.

Majestic Location with the best Staff

The staff, especially the young lady from Columbia (I think) who kept our room clean, were super! Also a big thank you to the Bar staff and cooks! Lovely place and people! Our room had balcony with a great view!

Just a couple Cons, the bed was substandard with coils poking into us. A 2 inch memory foam topper would correct the problem. Very difficult access to the property via a long climb up cobble stone steps then several flights of stairs to get to the room. Nothing can be done, just be aware.

1) The location was amazing in the heart of Bellagio, 2) the room was very clean and we felt comfortable right away 3) there were soaps and bath supplies available at the apartment

1) First and most importantly the bed was squeaking with each move we made making it super annoying in the evening, 2) the toilet was old and from time to time would not flush, 3) there was a lot of noise from the restaurant below, 4) and finally the air-condition was not maintained properly and was leaking

Cozy rooms above a pizza restaurant, great location but no parking

Cozy place, stayed in the top room (#5), cute private balcony, partial view of the lake through the trees. Great location in the middle of town.

Can’t check in between 3pm-6pm, which is a negative but the silver lining is that the streets around the hotel are closed to car traffic until 6pm anyway so if you wanted to drive or taxi there before 6pm you wouldn’t be able to get close. Other con is no parking. If you drive, I recommend staying somewhere that has parking because there is very limited public parking in this town.

location was excellent

very noisy! Room service for some reason comes before 9am so forget about sleeping in (we weren’t told about this). At one point staff members were having a shouting argument in the stairwell late at night. Very uncomfortable. The manager was also very annoyed that we arrived late. Strangely we received a call from her friend, not her, explaining that she was annoyed about being late for a birthday party she was meant to go to that night. Travels often cause delays so not sure what she was expecting

The room was big and very clean. We could see the lake from our rooms and it was right in the middle of Bellagio. The man showed us to our room was incredibly nice and helpful. Definitely exceeded our expectations .
