FRAUDE, ENGAÑO, TIMO.

La ciudad.

Nuestra experiencia fue NEFASTA. Recibimos un mensaje en el que se nos pedía una fianza de 350 euros (a través de PayPal) para poder acceder al apartamento. Recibimos varios mensajes del gerente (Mickael) que se encarga del edificio insistiendo y después exigiendo que la hora de llegada no podía ser después de las 17.00, porque él tenía más apartamentos a su cargo y no podía estar pendiente de nosotros. La recepción con el gerente fue muy incómoda, nos trató de malos modos y con pocas indicaciones. De hecho, no nos comunicó que el frigorífico estaba desconectado, por lo que tuvimos que tirar la comida que guardamos porque al día siguiente se había estropeado. Tampoco nos comunicó que el acceso al garaje del edificio estaba cortado por obras en la calle; nos enteramos al llegar teniendo que dejar el coche fuera. Además, el menaje de cocina no estaba en buenas condiciones (la única sartén tenía agujeros), y el cuarto del inodoro olía a cañería. Para la salida nos insistió en que debía ser a las 9:00 porque él no tenía tiempo de atendernos (en booking marca a las 11:00). Viajamos con una niña pequeña y nos era imposible concretar una hora exacta, esto le molestó bastante y nos dijo que dejáramos las llaves en el buzón del apartamento, lo cual hicimos cuando abandonamos el lugar sobre las 9.30. Nuestra sorpresa llegó sobre las 19.00 al recibir un mensaje acusándonos de habernos quedado con las llaves y, por tanto, no nos devolvían la fianza. Por esto entendemos que es una ESTAFA y, según su parecer o cuando tienen necesidad de dinero, se quedan con los 350 euros poniendo cualquier tipo de excusa. La única comunicación que tuvimos posteriormente con ellos fue que iban a sacar una copia de las llaves y nos devolverían lo restante, pero han pasado tres meses y 5 contactos con Booking y nadie nos ha dado una solución. Os recomendamos encarecidamente NO ALQUILAR ESTE APARTAMENTO. La ciudad es maravillosa pero nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido HORRIBLE.

Très bel appartement confortable et lumineux

Mickael nous a réservé un très bel accueil, il est très disponible et très aimable. L'appartement est très propre et très bien décoré. Il est tres lumineux. Une place de parking couvert et gratuit est prévue. Ascenseur. Résidence très calme. A proximité un supermarche Leclerc, pompe à essence, boulangerie, pharmacie...Les plages sont a 20 minutes en voiture. C'est la troisième fois que je réserve ce logement très confortable. Je reviens en avril prochain avec mon petit garçon. Nous avons hâte ! Je recommande ++++
