Cute Apartment

The apartment was lovely, very clean, and a nice size for two people that had a small balcony we could sit out on. The area is nice. There is an Aldi‘s almost across the street. There is private parking and since we had a rental car, this was one of the reasons we chose the apartment. but before warned the parking space is very tiny and a gated parking lot next to a wall. We had a small enough car to fit in the apartment was on the first floor and remember in France or maybe all of Europe the first floor is not the ground floor so we had stairs to go up to reach the apartment.

The apartment location is actually in a large apartment building. It seemed rather empty and not very well kept up. we did not receive our instructions about how to enter the apartment until we texted with the owner. Our arrival time it was a little confusing as the address is 87 but you have to turn off the main road and the parking entrance is at 85. There’s a lock box on the outside at the wall, which has a remote control for the parking area as well as your entrance key to the building and your apartment. Also, there is no mention of a cleaning fee on booking.com when you arrive at the apartment there is a booklet and it says you need to clean the apartment or be charged €35. We had no problem cleaning but it would’ve been nice to know, and there were very few Cleaning supplies. We were only there for one night so it really wasn’t an issue for us and I suspect if you contacted the owner, they would bring over cleaning supplies. You would need some type of transportation if you were visiting Caen Castle or the Cathedral .

La taille du logement

Des équipements pas bien étudiés comme une table bien trop haute pour pouvoir y manger correctement. Une literie fatiguée et uniquement deux petites serviettes pour la douche, c’est ridicule et nous avons du en acheter de nouvelles. Un chauffage de la sdb qui ne fonctionne pas.

Résidence EXTREMEMENT calme, et c'est plus que plaisant ! L'appartement est vraiment très sympathique, l'agencement est très bien (même si la salle de bain un peu petite), la décoration y est faite avec goût

Il est regrettable, surtout vu le prix, de devoir faire le ménage après notre passage ... Alors oui, la vaisselle c'est tout à fait normal. Mais l'aspirateur et la serpillière .. ? Je pense qu'à 70€ la nuit, on peut se permettre d'avoir le luxe de partir sans avoir à nettoyer de fond en comble et de devoir vider les poubelles. Dommage aussi qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenseur. Aussi, pour les prochains locataires : il est difficile de trouver l'adresse si l'on tape dans Maps. En effet, l'application nous fait arriver dans la grande artère, sans nous indiquer qu'il faut entrer dans une petite rue... Peut être l'indiquer dans les futurs messages du propriétaire ? :)

Très bien, nous gardons l'adresse ainsi que celles des autres logement gérés par Franck.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la décoration, le charme de l'appartement, l'emplacement, les échanges réactifs avec Franck, l'hôte.

L'odeur un peu forte de la prise murale en arrivant. La place de parking un peu petite mais nous avons pu nous garer sur des places libres sur un autre parking en demandant l'autorisation à Franck.

Muy bien localizado

El apartamento está muy bien localizado para visitar el centro de Caen. Hay la parada del autobús n° 2 justo en la puerta. Además cerca también hay varios supermercados, justo en frente hay un Aldi. El lugar es tranquilo y puedes descansar bien. Decorado con mucho gusto y con todo tipo de detalles. Sin duda alguna volvería a alojarme en este apartamento.

Le logement est spacieux, et nous ayons trouvé les clefs facilement.

Nous avons été TRES gênés par l'odeur artificielle de fraise tagada infusée par des diffuseurs. Nous avons galéré ½ heure pour trouver le logement... grâce aux commentaires d'un client précédent. Le numéro dans la rue ne correspond pas à l'adresse. La place de parking était très étroite.

Abbiamo apprezzato l’organizzazione degli spazi e il gusto nell’arredamento. Ineccepibile la pulizia della camera da letto e delle lenzuola, per noi la cosa più importante. Il parcheggio privato è stato fondamentale, avendo l’auto a noleggio. Accesso semplice grazie alle informazioni dettagliate fornite dal nostro host via messaggio, che è stato molto cordiale. Posizione ottima, contesto tranquillo, silenzioso. Ci torneremmo volentieri in futuro.

È una struttura ottima, ma mi sento di segnalare questo suggerimento: maggiore attenzione alla pulizia del bagno (wc e filtri doccia) e della cucina (stoviglie e piatti).

Petit cocon très bien décoré, aménagé, équipé. Balcon et baies vitrées très appréciables par beau temps. Emplacement calme et sécurisé. Parking individuel compris, c'est top ! Proche commerces et centre ville. Propriétaire agréable, souriant et arrangeant. Je recommande vivement cette location idéale.

Tout était parfait Petit appartement cosy et douillet décoré avec beaucoup de goût La chambre est très spacieuse avec un très grand lit Propre, calme complet, petite terrasse très sympathique pour petit déjeuner au soleil entourés du son des oiseaux Un Aldi se trouve à deux pas de l appartement. Très pratique pour le petit déjeuner. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui est d une grande gentillesse. excellente explications concernant le Check in Nous avons passé mon petit garçon et moi une nuit/matinee géniale qui nous a donné un air dé vacances

Zeer slecht zitmeubilair, zowel de bank als een of ander zitkussen. Ook de barkrukken zijn veel te laag! Goed bed maar slappe kussens. De douche levert geen krachtige waterstraal. De entree is te ingewikkeld (hoe weet ik dat de entree om de hoek is in een andere straat, hoe wet ik dat aan de sleutel een badge vastzit voor de slagboom, hoe weet ik dat ik vanaf de voorzijde van de straat door moet lopen naar achteren en dan rechts?). Waarom zit er geen informatie in de legmap over Caen, over de busverbindingen voor de deur, over een Aldi aan de overkant van de straat?

Il est parfait bien equipé et très bien situé pour une soirée concert au Zénith 10/15min à pieds 5min en voiture ou bus (arrêt juste devant la résidence).
