Acceptable place, nothing more.

The location was great, the garden was very nice.

There was a humidity smell everywhere, not intense, but still there. There was also no toilet paper which the hosts probably just forgot to put. There were also a lot of mosquitoes in the house, we had to get rid of them all, which took us a while. 1-2 mosquitoes is normal as it is the season, but 10+ it’s just not good.

Central location. If we had known it was next to the impressive Abby we would have booked for several days not one when in transit to the ferry! Darden at front of property, gated for privacy, Vietnamese Restaurant 2 minute walk from property, pet friendly. Will be back if they let us!

Se non si avvertisse la presenza di polvere sui letti sarebbe ottimo!

La colazione non è presente. L' appartamento, disposto su due livelli, è dotato di tutte le attrezzature necessarie per un soggiorno confortevole, compreso un giardino (condiviso con l'edificio di fronte) di ottime dimensione. Vicinissimo all'abbazia degli uomini, raggiungibile a piedi. Zona assolutamente tranquilla. Nel complesso giudizio positivo.

Assenza di climatizzazione e di parcheggio privato (ma il posto lungo la strada adiacente si trova facilmente). La cosa che non ci è piaciuta per niente è stata la grande quantità di polvere presente nelle due camere da letto, che hanno impedito a due su quattro degli ospiti (allergici) di passare una notte serena.

Un lieu proche du centre historique, calme, agréable, propre et fonctionnel

La localisation, le calme et le confort. Le petit jardin pour profiter d'un exterieur. Et surtout un parking couvert devant la maison, ce qui évite de stationner dans la rue même si elle est gratuite.

Prévoir 1 ou 2 tailles de casseroles supplémentaires. ;-)

Ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare Caen e dintorni

posizione ottima, vicino all'"abbazia degli uomini". L'host è stata fantastica, ci ha contattato in anticipo fornendoci tutte le indicazioni per arrivare; ci ha fatto trovare anche una serie di "gentilezze", tipo del caffè, thé, zucchero.... La casa si è dimostrata fresca anche nel mese di giugno.

L'unico piccolo disagio è che il bagno è a piano terra, e per gli ospiti della camera al primo piano diventa difficile scendere e salire le scale, di notte, senza far rumore per non disturbare gli occupanti dell'altra camera. Ma è davvero un dettaglio.

Logement au calme tout en étant proche du centre de Caen. La possibilité de réserver une place pour garer la voiture est un gros plus. Laure est agréable et très réactive. Logement propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires.

Estancia muy tranquila y bien situada

La ubicación de la casa era muy céntrica, cerca del centro de la ciudad histórica. La cocina aunque no es grande, tiene lo necesario para poder hacer una comida sencilla y desayunar. Los anfitriones nos recibieron muy amablemente. Muy tranquilo y con camas cómodas.

Una de las habitaciones es pequeña para dos adultos, ya que la cama está adosada a la pared. El salón es incómodo al estar en la segunda planta y algo pequeño para 4 adultos

Séjour très agréable, accueil au top, et appartement très bien tenu

2eme séjour chez Laure et nous sommes toujours aussi bien accueillis. Logement propre et bien équipé. J'apprécie toujours le calme de cette maison et la possibilité de tout faire à pieds. Située dans le quartier historique et à 5 min de l'Abbaye aux hommes, la maison est dans un quartier très agréable du centre ville. Merci pour ce nouveau séjour et à très vite.

Super séjour au calme

Super emplacement dans le centre tout en étant au calme. Logement très propre. Il y'a tout ce qu'il faut en terme d'équipement. Place de stationnement gratuite autour de la maison et avons également loué le garage de Laure pour seulement 10€ pour y mettre une autre voiture. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!!!

Superbe maison très bien équipée, propre et au calme. Accès au jardin parfait pour se reposer au soleil. Nous avons pu nous garer facilement et gratuitement dans une rue à côté. Laure a été de très bons conseils pour des visites et resto. Nous reviendrons!
