Wonderful stay at Le Noe

Lovely little gite tucked away near Caen. It was lovely and clean and we loved the complimentary touches of tea/coffee. Great outdoor space with a barbecue and furnished patio area. Our daughter enjoyed playing boules with the children of an Italian family in the gite next door.

Lovely stay in a lovely property.

Clean, country style apartment, located next to two others in a nice green property near by lovely town Caen. Well equipped kitchen, grill, toys&games, bikes, washing machine and outdoor furnitures. Helpfull and flexible host. Big supermarket 3 min by car. Good spot to explore that region of Normandie. Comfortable beds and linnen.

A bit uncomfortable was to have a toilette downstairs and bathroom (no WC) upstairs but it probably comes from the specific old wooden building construction which has been turned into quit modern apartment. Not a problem for a short stay.

OK for an overnight stay but could be better for a longer stay

The gite was very clean and bright with secure parking. Copious amounts of hot water, a good shower and a large bright bathroom. Just outside the town in a pleasant area within a 35 minute walk of the old city. A comfortable bed and modern kitchen electrical equipment. The lady who came to solve the internet problem was pleasant. There is a great free electric shutttle bus service around the old part of the city only a 10 min walk away which we discovered by chance.

Lacks personal contact on arrival and lacking information/ instructions to help with your stay. Keysafe has two buttons and took a while to work out. Instructions to use the internet were incorrect and we couldn't get channels on the tv. Little info on local shops, bus services etc. The toilet is downstairs and has no hand wash basin. The stairs are steep with a wobbly handrail. The bedroom floor is also very noisy making a trip to the toilet at night awkward. The neighbour's dogs bark when visitors go outside and in the early morning. The varnish on the tabletop is very sticky and a few more kitchen utensils would be good.

A beautiful location and a really stylish, well equipped home. Lovely outdoor space. We were just staying for one night on our way to Brittany but it would be a great location for a longer stay.

Struttura situata in zona periferica ma estremamente tranquilla con parcheggio privato interno. Arredamento moderno, buon equipaggiamento: TV, Wi-Fi, microonde, forno, fornelli induzione, lavastoviglie, bollitore e tostapane. A disposizione lavatrice, biciclette e area giochi per bambini.

Appartamento su due piani con scala in legno parecchio ripida e dai gradini corti. Il WC si trova al piano terra in un ripostiglio adiacente alla zona giorno, mentre doccia e lavandino si trovano al piano superiore nella zona notte, situazione non molto funzionale.

Mooie lokatie met een lekker grasveldje met bbq waar nog even met de avondzon gezeten kon worden. Was super schoon en verzorgd, keuken voorzien van alle benodigdheden en apparatuur.

Was wat warm en helaas geen airco en ook geen horren dus raam open geen optie.
