Best place to stay near Caen!

We stayed at L’odon after making plans to go and visit the beaches and Museums of Normandy, and were pleasantly surprised by the property as we opened the front gate. The location itself is perfect, with a beautiful grass field, plenty of parking and it’s really close to the center of Caen, which is an amazing city to visit. We went there every night for drinks and dinner. TIP: Use the Indigo parking at the Chateau. The location is easy to reach from L’odon and it puts you close to all the shops and great places to eat. The accommodation itself was amazing, clean, bright and well stocked in facilities, which made our stay very comfortable. Everything you need is there and the property was spotless. All communication with the owner was fast, clear and friendly. We will definitely come back next year for another trip through Normandy, as there was too mucht to see and do in the days we were there.

Maison agréable et super équipée, excellent séjour

La maison est super, très petite mais parfaitement agencée, toute la famille a passé un agréable moment. A l'extérieur, une grande zone de jardin sécurisée avec plein de jeux pour les enfants, vélo, etc.

L'emplacement est très décentré, pas facile d'accès et dans le quartier moins agréable qu'au centre de Caen. Néanmoins, nous n'avons pas pu essayer les multiples balades vertes qui démarrent de cet endroit, ce qui est un plus.

C'est super, ne pas hésiter 😀

L'endroit est facile d'accès, il est possible de se garer, il y a un portail. C'est comme si que nous étions à la campagne, la petite maison est très fonctionnelle et jolie.

Il faut simplement savoir que pour accéder à la chambre à l'étage, les escaliers sont étroits et très raides.

Plezierige, ruime en schone woning. Prettig bed, fijne ruime badkamer. De locatie is goed bereikbaar en alle faciliteiten dichtbij. Denk aan supermarkt en de stad. Terrein is goed verzorgd.

Vragen aan de verhuurders wordt niet op gereageerd, zowel telefonisch (bellen en whats app) als via Booking.com. Vloer kraakt flink op de 1e verdieping, wat vervelend is als je niet gelijktijdig naar bed gaat.

Merveilleux séjour avec les animaux, un endroit apaisant et super chaleureux pour un séjour en famille !

Tout était parfait ! Nous avons été charmés par les photos de l’extérieur et encore plus lorsque nous avons découvert le lieu à notre arrivée ! Merci pour votre accueil et votre attention, des hôtes très sympathiques qui ont en plus facilité notre séjour en nous prêtant une poussette pour notre fils.

Tout était super, seul petit inconvénient pour nous parents d’une petit de 2 ans et demi : l’escalier mais cela est propre à notre famille, aucun souci pour des voyageurs adultes ou des enfants plus grands ;)
