Nice apartment once you lug your luggage up 6 floors

Apartment nice, bed comfortable, shower strong, big fridge and washing machine!

Neighborhood, no elevator, apartment on 5 or 6 floor, every time you want to enter the building, you need to make an international phone call

A pleasant stay for us

The apartment is in front of the train station and above car rentals, which was perfect for us. Moreover, it was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The host was exceptionally kind. Last but not least, there was Netflix.

The building itself is not very new. But as said above, inside the apartment was clean and renovated with taste.

we found the flat easily despite the road works and impressed by the standard of decor. instructions were weel presented and we had a comfortable and pleasant nights stay. we would have no hesitation to recommend this to our friends . thank you

Perfect place to stay overnight before continuing on on our journey.

Very close proximity to the train station. Netflix and Wi-Fi were available. Comfortable bed and washing machine was there to use.

Impossible to gain access with the ability to make international calls. When we asked a local to phone for us there was no one there. Took three hours to access property.

Caen, a great city. Lovely place to stay.

The place was great, overlooking the Railway Station and within walking distance of the City centre, trams and buses close by.

We were not told about the five flights of stairs, which could have been a problem if we had mobility problems. The entrance needs to be clearer to find, especially if you are coming from outside France. The second "bedroom" only had a sofa style bed, and was not what I would call a proper bed room. This might have been a problem. French windows need some curtains.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia en vacaciones, es acogedor y confortable, limpio y las camas son cómodas. Está ubicado frente a la estación de trenes. Si te gustan las gaviotas las escucharás tempranito por la mañana. Lo recomiendo.

Que me pidieran una fianza de 500 euros, pero lo entiendo, inviertes en la vivienda y hay quien destroza o rompe cosas durante la estancia.

Je suis satisfait de mon séjour

J'ai été bien informé en amont de la marche à suivre pour récupérer les clés et tout c'est bien passé. L'appartement est situé à proximité de la gare et c'est ce que je recherchais. Une fois dans l'appartement, tout était propre, soigné et le confort est au rendez-vous. Je recommande cet appartement.
