Exceptional in the center of Caen and quiet, first floor of a house completely renovated in 2021 with garden, garage, view and direct access to the castle of Caen

Location: 12 rue des fossés du château in Caen in the city center (château-université-vaugueux) with a view and direct access to the castle. The street is very quiet.
Also 15 minutes by car from the beach of Ouistreham (direct bus).
First floor of a totally renovated house with garden and garage comprising:
• A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, tassimo, toaster)
• A dining room with a table for 5 people and a large closet with wardrobe
• A living room with corner sofa, armchair and a large 4k 49-inch LG connected screen

Very nice property. Walking distance to restaurants. Very clean property. No AC so if it is hot outside it's really hot inside. Could use a couple of fans for heat. I would stay here again. Parking in a garage in the back of the property is very convenient.

A lovely accommodation. Clean and modern and comfortable. Location is outstanding - literally across the street from Chateau Caen, a 5 minute walk to restaurants in the old part of town, and all the sights you want to see are within a 30 minute walk (max). (Note there are offices on the upper floor of the house, but other than their cars arriving/departing on the gravel drive we never heard a thing.)

Location was great, walking distance to the castle, food, etc. Hosts were very accommodating when we had issues / questions. Apart was lovely, just as pictured.
